I normally work door dash from here but tonight im a dine in customer and I must say. The customer service is out of this world. If able to I'd give 100 stars!! Employees are amazing and have a very amazing trainer and boss. Ive been to multiple steak and shakes before and NOTHING and NOWHERE tops the springfield Wabash location!!! Keep up the amazing work yall!!

One of the finer ‘fast food’ restaurants to adorn Springfield, IL’s landscape. The food is absolutely delicious, as well as the variety of refreshments. The service is quick and efficient due to a dedicated staff where customer satisfaction is a top priority!

Food was just fine but I got a side of cheese fries and whatever “cup of cheese” they gave me was not the usual yellow nacho cheese style Steak ‘n Shake cheese sauce. It was pale, thin and a weird gritty like texture. almost tasteless and smelled like grease.
