Good food, server acted like they didn't want to be at work and talked like he wasn't thrilled to be there. Doesn't make me want to come back to this location.

Horrible portions... Got chili 5-way and got about a cup of food.. Charge you $7.70 for 2.00 worth of food. My mom got a $5 single steak burger with bun the was so dry it cracked into powder. Very disappointed! Then when I spoke up I was told I was being disrespectful by the manager Chelsey... No apology, nothing but disrespect and telling me to leave. I have never been treated like that by a restaurant in my 42 years ... Never will go back to that place again! Oh and we spent $40+ on our lunch for 2 adults and 2 kids...

Ordered our food online, as we are staying next door. We've had a long day. Missing a fry, frisco melt had no sauce, one burger was covered in ketchup and mustard and wasnt supposed to be. Had two regular drinks and two kids drink and somehow ended up with 3 kids drinks. I understand "check your order" right? But also how about the kitchen checks the ticket and makes the items correctly. For $40 we should have received the right items.

I miss being waited on. You order at the counter and they bring your order to you. No China or silverware.

Wheelchair accessibility: You will pay Hell if you are wheelchair bound. There are a lot of obstacles to overcome to make it inside.

My food was wrong when ordered, paying for extra and never receiving it. After no one was in the dining room for 10 minutes, I went to the counter to find someone, only to be ignored by the cook. I peeked in the back and saw no one else, saw the cheese sauce I had payed for, went to grab it right at the counter. Another cook from the back asked me what I was doing, after just now noticing me. I said "trying to get your attention" at which point he pushed me, ignoring me. Pushing me toward the door, grabbing my neck. At the door I stopped, and pulled his hand from my neck, to say "I payed $50 for food, and have gotten no service, or the food I payed for." The whole time I had the receipt in my hand. After he stared edit serving others who had been waiting 10-20 minutes at the counter. I left with the food I had without the extra I payed for. My girlfriends prescription glasses were broken while he pushed me

Ordered 2 horseshoes and realized it was a ponyshoe. If you don't know the difference between the two you shouldn't make it. At least the Wabash location gets it right.

Might be time for Steak and Shake to pack it in. Took over 15 minutes for a simple order then was brought out without the fries! The ticket clearly had the wrong time because there certainly wasn't any way that I had food within 5 minutes.

Restaurant was understaffed which led to slower service. The food was cold. The sweet tea was empty. Dishes stacked on the garbage can. Restrooms were a mess. Sorry to say we have had our fill of Steak and Shake after this visit.

I waited in the drive thru just shy of 40 minutes for 2 burgers. 3 employees inside. At first they handed me the wrong order, which I corrected them. It was the gentleman's in front of me, who also waited nearly as long as I did. Then they told me my order was being wrapped up right then, and would be out in just a minute. I waited another 10 minutes. It was just past 7 PM when I arrived, and almost 8 PM when I left.
