Stopped by the drive-through, and I was pleasantly surprised. The girl was very efficient and pleasant. Food was very fresh and hot. I ate most of my fries every though I don't care for potatoes.

Finished our 5-way more grease than ever before no flavor. Was sitting in our car and seen one employee inside his shirt and scratching his armpit for a good min then put on gloves 🤮🤮🤢🤢Employees should understand hygiene and not to be around the food station while in his armpit!! Avoid this location!!

Came here to get a simple meal… literally a hotdog and cheese fries. The place was mostly empty(4 groups of ppl and no huge groups), and waited 45 minutes, during which only one family was served, and they did not receive shakes(which they never ended up recieving). When asking for a refund, the managers did not know how so they forced us to leave and told us to come back the next day to talk to the general manager for a refund.

The back cook put his hands on my boyfriends neck after he walked back to ask for service because we weren't getting any. He then pushed him from the counter to the door by his shoulders/back of his shirt. He broke my glasses that my boyfriend had on his person. He then proceeded to let my boyfriend come back in after I approached and would of let us continue eating. At this point, i was beyond unsatisfied. The cook refused to give his name. We took our food and left. We didnt even get the correct additional items we paid for that he was waiting on.

Fast service, hot food and thick shake. It's good talking to people taking your order because the steak n shake in rosemont Illinois you place your order on a computer screen and they call your name when it's ready. No more people interaction. This was nice and friendly. Thanks.
