I live right across the street from this location so I walked there to get me a sandwich and they had the doors locked with a sign that said drive thru only. So I walked to drive thru to place my order and the woman didn’t answer. I then walk to the window to see if I could place my order that way and she pointed to the sign that said “no walk ups allowed” . I don’t understand how not having a car stops me from buying my food. 2 other customers were also turn around from same reason also.

Wouldn’t even say this location deserves one star. They close the inside so you can’t walk in and then just close the store whenever apparently since it’s 8:15, both employees have headsets off, eating chips, and counting the e register already. Just fire mfs if they don’t want to work and shut the place down. No one has time for the stupid bs

Ordered a sandwich online. Went to the location. It was physically closed at noon. Checked my order: the charge was canceled without notifying me. The location is not available to serve public during lunch hours. Very regrettable. Also of note, the do not take paper coupons in store.

I was at the Sangamon Avenue store in Springfield , Il . I got an Italian BMT Salad with all the veggies ! It was one of the most delicious salds I have had from anywhere , Patrick did an Amazing job , and his customer service was excellent ! I can't wait for my next on he makes !

Great Experience at Subway!
I recently visited the Subway on North Grand Avenue in Springfield, IL, and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, making sure my order was perfect. The sandwiches were fresh and delicious, with the bread being soft and the ingredients crisp and flavorful. The restaurant was clean and inviting, which made my visit even more enjoyable. I appreciate the quick service and the attention to detail. I’ll definitely be coming back for more of their tasty subs!

Came here yesterday to get lunch on my break, arrived at 7:40pm. Store close time is listed as 9pm, when i tried entering all the doors were locked. Employee that was behind the counter looked up at me, and pointed towards the drive-thru and gave me a look like I was stupid. I dont have a car so i couldn’t go through the drive-thru, was very unhappy that i had to go somewhere else to get a lunch as that ate away at my break time.
