Went there 40 minutes til closing time and they wouldn’t answer drive through so I pull up to walk in and they had it locked and the lady inside appeared to making sandwiches to take home herself bc man they were super loaded with more topping than what comes on two sandwiches combined . Very poor customer service closing well before closing time and will not ever give my business to this place again . Do yourself a favor and go down the street to somewhere else that actually wants your business

This was the worst work experience I have ever been through. I wouldn't ask my worst enemy to work here. 1. The Mangager is constantly stoned off mushrooms. 2. The way she trains her employees is to downgrade them. In her mind, no employee is able to speak to the owner about the way she doesn't manage. She tells employees to jip customers on food to save her food costs but charge them full price for sandwiches. She will not replace sandwiches that are wrong. On top of taking food from the store without paying for it just because she is the manager. Literally horrible. The subway in northgrand used to be a great place to be at whether working or eating, but the management of the place has gone down down hill. Very sad.

Sangamon Center store had 1 employee, who said that he was 30 minutes behind on orders and that the bread would run out before he finished the pre orders. So I went to the North Grand store. The lobby was locked, but there was no sign indicating that it was closed, the same as it was at the 1st store. So, I went to the drive thru again. The food was great & the employees were friendly and efficient.

The body language spoke volumes..cold customer service..it was apparent my kind wasn,'t welcome here..when I confronted her with her body language..she said..sorry 'bout that..however my money spends anywhere..I won't be going back, ever!!!!
Visited this location yesterday and I feel I wasted my money. I got the Philly cheese steak and there was hardly any meet. So disappointing you charge higher prices but your employees jip us when making the sandwich. I prefer to go in and watch but ordered online. Not sure I will visit this location again.

Worst subway Iv ever been too I have tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt multiple times but there staff and owner Randy lucas does not care in the last 4 times Iv been there ordering online they don’t put some ingredients on the sandwich that you order and pay extra for and the last time me and a coworker went to pick up our ordered that we ordered ahead online and picked it up on our lunch break we I ordered a foot long and my coworker ordered a 6 inch sub they made them both 6inch subs tried contacting the owner just get a generic email saying there sorry and will try and do better next time literally ripped me off half my sandwich and could care less bet they don’t even read the complaints anymore DO YOURE SELF A FAVOR AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
