My wife was craving this SO BADLY and the one within walking distance of us closed at 9. It was 8:36 and they had everything put up and were looking at us like we were crazy, as we could see through the window, throwing their hands up and being dramatic about us being the last customer so we left and came to this one because they closed at 10 instead of 9. Or so we thought. We pulled up at 8:44 and same situation. All the chairs were up and guy was mopping. When she went to the door everyone went in the back so we couldn't see them as she realized the door was locked. We called and it rand for a good 3 minutes before a (clearly annoyed) lady answered (I assume the manager) and told us "yes we close at 10, but I'm training someone so we close at nine" when I said it wasn't even 9 yet she huffed and said she didn't know what to tell me. Might be a great Subway. WE WILL NEVER KNOW.

I ordered a number 4 with added banna peppers toasted. Over the intercom the woman seemed rude and confused so I checked my sandwich when I got it. The order was made wrong and I tried knocking on the window to fix it to which the woman once again rudely told me to hold on and rolled her eyes. Once talking to me she told me I was wrong but took my sandwich and then made a weak attempt to fix it and still managed to be the worst sandwich I've ever received from a subway. I will never be back here.

The young lady toasted my bread until it was hard as a rock. She forgot to give me my drink. She said I'm sorry I gave it to the car in front of you. She eventually gave me my drink, but she did not need to tell me her mistake. The customer service nowadays is awful.

I honestly never make reviews. This subway is usually very good to me which is why I'm giving 4 stars but to be perfectly honest there have been times I've come to this subway and the 3 people I normally deal with are always on top of things but sometimes they get random new faces and those new faces straight up touch all my food with ungloved hands and gloved hands that have touched other surfaces. Like one time the girl straight up leaned over my sandwich and put her tit in it and didn't even say anything. Like kept making the sandwich. I had to ask her to restart it. Just like please train new employees on being clean when they serve us. Like that's all I ask. Thank you

If I could give this place a Zero I would. I decided to go through the drive thru because I was in a hurry. I ordered a 6inch Italian bread with turkey and bacon with American cheese and I wanted it toasted.when I was handed my sub I asked if it had been toasted the man said no and offered to toast it, I said ok and waited a while.Once he had given it to me I thanked him and left finally when I got back home my sub was completely wrong. It had no bacon the bread was the Herb cheese Italian bread. It had no Buffalo sauce on it even tho I kept asking. I payed 12 bucks for something I didn’t even eat I throw it out once I had taken a bite and it tasted horrible. I tried call the location to speak to a manager but nobody answered and I live very far from there so I couldn’t take the chance of going back if nothing was going to be done. I am very disappointed I come there a lot and I love it but after my experience with that man I sure won’t be back.
