Sad excuse for a Subway. The food has went downhill, the bread just tastes like cardboard anymore.

Only one person working, closed the lobby and won’t take orders through drive thru unless they’re online orders told me I had to wait an hour if I wanted food. Went somewhere else.

This place has gone downhill sadly.
Lobby is often closed due to “shortage” of staff.
Drive through is not an option either as they have “so many” online orders , so the wait time is insane.
Franchise owners need to hire new personnel and pay them accordingly, so they don’t quit. This store shouldn’t be operated by one employee only.

I asked if I could charge my phone after receiving my order and wanted to go outside to eat. I didn't expect the employees to look after it but I didn't realize that the electricity bill would be so high. My less then 20 minute android charge, which is literally less than 2 cents would've put you out of a job. Good looks jedi. I will never go back to this subway again.

Really rude customer service, we were very nice and understanding of the fact that the lobby was not open but they still seemed very rude. Was not accommodating at all. Rushed us our whole order and was upset that we had coupons and wanted our sandwiches toasted. Also our sandwiches were all wrong.

I don’t like to leave bad reviews since I worked in food service but I went here and I understand why they closed the lobby but if I have to go through the drive through I would like them to actually listen to my order and get my sandwich right and when I brought it back so they could add the stuff I wanted not be rude to me and condescending I won’t be coming back to this subway

I dont leave reviews very much because you never know what that certain employee is going through or if being short staffed has stressed those working. I try to look for the positives, and generally go by the 3 strike rule. That being said. All 3 times I have been to this Subway. The same employee has a very very sour attitude. The older/bigger gentleman with glasses needs a reality check. Going into detail of the 3 seperate interactions with him could fill a college kids essay. I probably spend a little too much on Subway. I will gladly make the 15 min drive to the subway on S. 6th vs this one. Even tho I work in the same plaza. This guy is costing you money.

Walked in to the store on Thursday at 1400 in my uniform to order a sandwich. Asked for a sandwich, (employee doesn’t ask what type of bread) the employee started preparing my sandwich and I was gazing at their menu I saw a sandwich that I’ve never tried. I told the employee that i would also like to order another sandwich. The employee started huffing and puffing, looked at me and said with attitude, “any more surprises, because I have better things to do!”I’m not sure what’s his better things to do than doing his job and make a sandwich?!?!?

Stopped in to grab a footlong sub, tasted pretty well and the service was fairly quick considering they had a sign on the door saying they were understaffed!

One trip, I was subjected to the ridiculous political views of both employees who were working, with no provocation, we had actually been discussing fishing before things took a wildly unexpected turn. Another trip, the sandwiches I ordered looked like they had been strangled before being given to me. (I have no outrageous expectations for quick service food establishments, but this seemed excessive and done with wonton disregard for any sort of pride in the work that was being done) And finally, with what will have been my last trip to this location, I placed an order online for 2 sandwiches. As I kept an eye on the progress through the app, I pulled into the drive thru to go ahead and let them know I was there. (sandwiches were most likely moments from being done) I was asked to give them a minute and I said okay. Before the employee came back on, I saw on the app that my order had been canceled and my card was voided. The employee then came on and asked what he could get for me. I said I was there for a pick up. He then replied that that someone had called in and canceled the order because they used the wrong card. I explained that my order had not been canceled because I had placed it and did not call in. He then said, "well I only have one order here and someone called and canceled it," to which I replied, "is it possible someone called the wrong location to cancel their order?" He seemed dumbfounded by this possibility but eventually said, "yeah, I guess that could have happened," he then said he could take my order again. I told him to forget it. He did properly refund my card, so he had that much going for him.
