Bare bones foot long cost me 16$ after I waited 20 minutes for them to get it wrong.

Another time I went I got one of their pizzas. They served it cold and uncut.

Sometimes they will close their drive through without any posting. The guy in line ahead of me ended up yelling for me to look into the windows to check if they were open.
They very much were.

This Subway closes earlier than 8pm often. The college is very close and we would like to be able to count on it being open till 8! We couldn't order at 7:45 this evening!

Twice in the past 3 days I've placed a online order. Got confirmation it was ready and gone to pick it up and this store is closed a hour before their suppose to be according to the hours on the subway site. Don't order online from this store.

Have eaten at this subway many times and food was great but something happened yesterday. I ordered lunch online and reviewed the order to see if it was correct. What we got was nothing like what I ordered. The bread was hard, and not the kind I ordered, and there was nothing but the chicken that even resembled what I ordered. I ordered herb and cheese bread with sweet onion teriyaki chicken and mayo and 4 vegetables. I have no idea what I got. I really like the people and cleanliness of the restaurant and usually the food is great. I had invited our daughter for lunch and all three of us couldn’t even finish the sandwich it was so bad.

Absolute disaster of an experience. Placed the order online, waited until it said it should be done before I arrived. They started the order when I got there. So I had to spend 20 minutes waiting for my food when I was on break. I placed the order online so i wouldn't have to wait in the store. There was no energy in either worker. I ended up getting my toasted meatball sub cold. The other sandwich was fine. Since someone else placed the order I wasn't aware there was a bag of chips on the order, neither employee said anything so I didn't get the bag of chips. And when i asked about the drink that was on the order the employee literally said "I don't care." I usually find it very annoying to see someone say they won't be ordering from a business anymore over something small but this place pissed me off in a way I never expected from subway. Definitely won't return
