Seriously all these new people dont know how to put portions on i asked for onions, jalapeño, and tomatoes on my sandwich and all I get is a misely 2-3 of each on a footlong. Oh and on top of all that the bread is not fully cooked🤦🏻 I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION

Went in there, not knowing what I wanted. Had not been in there for a while. came in very clean wonderful management. She recommended a sandwich for me. It was wonderful. Highly recommend this place. 🥙🥪

Do Not come here if you have any subway coupons. Apparently because it is inside a Walmart they aren’t allowed to honor their subway coupons. It’s very inconvenient because you won’t know till your ready to pay but the lady working was nice about it.

Andrea runs a a great store. I think most of the other Subways in Springfield illinois should have employees like Andrea, she always has a smile on her face and is very friendly. She also makes the best subs in town.

Came in the other day kid working with long hair and a stocking cap a winter one. Said I wanted everything on it he looks down and says all that I said yes all that . Didn't even give any napkins or a bag for the subway sandwich

This was an amazing lunch. Rachel and their coworker with glasses (didn't catch their name), helped out very well with my significant other's creative spicy order. Thank you so much, we will come again. 10/10 would recommend.

Horrible everytime we go honestly , this time won’t be back . I mean get some fuckin better workers subway . The pizza I got was double cooked…. apparently AND still raw and doughy . My bf said he watched a worker fold a sandwich and all the topping fall out of it and the worker just shoved it all back in really sloppily . He requested that guy to not make his sandwich , walked away from the oven twice and didn’t start it . Guy got a phone call while waiting on him and he answered a phone call to HIS MOM. It sounded like . What the f**** He was making cookie and putting globs of Carmel and stacking them so they all stuck my bf gave him a tip & he said “we aren’t a bakery” lol! everytime we go it’s usually a bad experience here bc they are slow as hell and the employees just don’t care and you can tell , if there are 2/3 people in line expect to wait at least 20 mins . This is the worst subway I’ve ever experienced in my life !!!! Honestly out of a nightmare . Please do better

I ordered buffalo chicken sub and meat was not cooked at all. The lady making the sandwiches had a horrible attitude I placed my order online and when it came through she looked at me and said " my order better not be difficult ". She had also had attitude because she had four people in line and it was 12: 45 PM. I will never go to this location again!

Walked in and asked for a 6 inch meatball sub. The guy behind the counter was uninterested in waiting on me. He was sitting in a little room off the main area. He had to get up. Came over, opened the meatball container which was empty and said well we are out. I asked how long it would take. He said quite some time. Walked out. Won't be back
