I wish I didn't have to give the service one star, the man working in there is possibly the worst employee I've ever seen in a subway. Buddy is not interested in doing his job whatsoever, terrible attitude. Don't stop here, go to another place unless you want his bad attitude to dampen your mood

I know subways are usually slow service but this place is excessive. I actually lost my entire 30 minute meal break waiting just in line because your workers are that slow. I will never stop here again even for fuel knowing I can’t eat here when on the road. There were only 2 customers in front of me , ordering a normal amount of food. Please step on legos with your feet covered in blisters and hot sauce 0/10 don’t recommend this place.

Parking: I don't know if I'd say a lot of parking but there was two or three available spaces at the front of the Road Ranger.
Wheelchair accessibility: Once you get up on the sidewalk you can roll right in

Its not about subway sandwiches , Timothy put so much effort in making your sandwich, its not like they put the ingredients on a bred and hand it to you , they make sure it’s consistent and well put together at every bite . Thank you guys

Timothy was an absolute perfectionist making my #2 Outlaw sub. I’m a very OCD person and I could tell he is too. The way he took care and methodically placed items on the sandwich in such a way that every bite was the same and the bacon wasn’t over crisped was just beyond anything I’ve ever experienced at ANY subway in this nation. Im a truck driver and it’s hard to come by good food but my experience here was top tier.
Before I even ordered I saw him cleaning the whole place and it was SPOTLESS. The glass was crystal clear. It literally is the only clean part about the Road Ranger. Which is what drew me in to even get food there in the first place.
He was very professional and polite and kept a good conversation going the whole time. My sub came out perfect literally ZERO complaints.
SUBWAY YOU NEED MORE TIMOTHYS!! Every other subway I go to your employees just slap shit together and they don’t take any care or pride in their work. Not Timothy. He went above and beyond as I said before ANYTHING I’ve ever experienced at subway. Which is why I’m writing this review because the man deserves to be recognized for what he’s doing and how he’s trying to turn the place around.

Bread was not fresh. Cookies were 2 days old, per lady working.
The worst place I have ever bern to! I stood there about 10 minutes while 2 cashiers gossiped!I asked where the guy went she said ring the bell like I'm suppose to know that! Then this huge guy with his whole azz crack showing came out with a huge attitude! He slammed my sandwiches in the oven. The guy behind me was like wow! He aggressively made my sandwiches and they looked awful! By the time I got back to my truck they were dripping thru the back! W sandwiches made terribly for almost $30 is insane! I'm appalled at how this place is run and still open! Just because it's a truck stop doesn't mean we have to be treated this way there are millions of truck stops. Don't think we don't all talk!!! I will NEVER - EVER stop here again! Shouldn't of spent $700 on fuel either!!!!! This was on 9/27/24 @ 12:48 pm.

By FAR the WORST subway I ever tried eating at.
I ordered a bacon ham avocado wrap. Right as I paid for the sandwich, the lady tells me that they don't have any more avocado (they did but it was black looking).
As the lady was making the sandwich it appeared that it was very light and she wasn't putting much on it. I thought this was maybe due to it being a wrap. I politely asked if I can change my order to a footlong instead due to them not having avocado. I offered to pay the difference. She acknowledged me.
I was given 4 pieces of ham and 2 pieces of bacon, 5 slices of tomatoes, 4 leafs of spinach, and the onion was sitting in a liquid right next to the black looking avocado. The sandwich looked inedible. I was afraid that I was going to get sick eating. I threw it away.
I usually eat somewhere at a different subway in Springfield and never have a problem but today I didn't make it in time before they closed. Sandwiches are always perfect there.
The lady was nice but clearly she doesn't know what she's doing.
