Today when I went in I asked for a pepperoni dipper the lady working there raised her voice at me and said "let me finish this order first" it was very rude and if she just asked nicely for me to wait that would have been okay. The other guy there was nice and everything else went well.
I went in on oct. 28, at 4:00

The sandwich was great! But the service was terrible. Sat in drive thru for at least 10 minutes. I got no response so I went inside to see 2 workers standing at front counter with NO customers! Very upsetting because this has happened twice. I have stopped going to this location

Make sure to check out all the new items our local Subway's are offering! Alyssa Furling did an amazing job presenting to us recently about all the great options including the new foot long sidekicks (churro, pretzel and cookie!!) along with new wraps and breads. Super tasty!
Employees didnt speak at all. And when asked questions they just ignored everyone. Didnt even know their own stores hours. Pretty sad. Wont be back

I ordered the foot long churros and my friend and I got undercooked churros that tasted like they were raw and dried. My friends dad got good kind and it was not undercooked like ours and tasted more good then ours.

Discriminates against special needs children! Yelled "people like him shouldn't be allowed in public" to an autistic boy... Disgusting.

My friend, Alyssa Furling, is the franchise owner of Subway Fresh Fit Subs in Williamsville, Springfield, and Jacksonville, Illinois. Her stores are always clean, the ingredients are always fresh and the sandwiches/salads are so delicious. Alyssa is certified to teach food handling safety classes, so of course, her employees have received that important certification. All Fresh and Fit Subway stores are not equal - its the owners and employees who make the stores special - and Alyssa's are going to give you the delicious subs you're accustomed to receiving.
I've been coming to this subway almost everyday, but today will be the last time. The employees cannot get a single order correct and half the time they are "missing" or "out" of ingredients. Steer clear of this place everyone, just look at other reviews, it isn't just me.
