First the last was very rude when I entered no getting or anything. None of the buried Veggies were fresh at all. The tomatoes were mushy and tastes horrible. The spinach was wilted. The cucumbers were rubbery. And the jalapeños were dried out and hard which was weird to me. I ordered a foot long and tossed 3/4 if it in the trash. I wouldn't give that sandwich away.

Each time i go in i get your normal service, but the last few times i had this black lady with short trim hair that has headphones in is super rude, especially when asked to put pepper on the sandwich before the sandwich gets toasted, then when i was leaving she gave me a super rude look and rolled her eyes while helping another customer. She was not friendly. especially in front of my daughter..which was not okay. The guy is super friendly and very helpful.

If I could leave zero stars I would. The other reviews are exactly the experience that my boyfriend and I had recently. We went in and the black lady with short hair was rushing us and kept messing up our order. She insulted us and called us every word in the book. I contacted customer service but that lady needs to be fired for the way she treats people. No wonder they never have anyone at this location.

Restaurant is always clean, however after being treated rudely on more than one occasion by the woman that works there, will not be coming back. Misunderstanding of order and was actually yelled at and ridiculed. Never have experienced such behavior at any restaurant. Terribly unpleasant.

Help was pretty rude and for two people it was 40 dollars

Latest visit went very badly. Did a Time order and went in to pick it up and when I got there it was partially made but they had stopped making my order to do other things so part of my order just sat on the counter including sandwiches that were toasted for over 30min then after they finished my order over 40 minutes late I got it. Jcoryon was not involved with my latest order
Had a 4 star review lined up for the first time I visited this place. My order went screwy but thanks to a diligent employee it was fixed with a decent attitude. Jcoryon

This place has a drive-thru, yet every time I go to it, I'm told it's closed. Why bother even having it if it's always closed?
Came in today with a large group, lots of orders for the two employees working, the black lady with short hair needs to get fired, she was screaming at her coworker and being unbelievably disrespectful to everybody, I've seen another review about this exact woman and her behavior is completely unprofessional

EDIT The store owner got in contact with me and i was refunded. Thank you cheslie! I got my food delivered and it was all cold cold chicken, cold meatballs on my meatball sub I only live 5 mins from subway absolutely horrible experience I paid $35 for food that's not even being eaten iys disgusting I've tried calling for 45 mins now and they will not answer the phone

I lived 7 minutes away from there, and the sandwichs were to be hot, and all my food was cold. I was unhappy whenever you spend 80.00 for what should have been done correctly. What do you do??

I had never tried Subway here, so I thought of trying it with my friend, and trust me the service was terrible, the girl working there didn't even greet us and her voice was barely loud so we weren't able to listen properly. She was preparing the sandwich as she had no interest in working and the main thing was they didn't have Tomatoes at all which was disappointing.
Overall I somehow managed and liked the sandwich but don't wanna visit again.
