This store accepted my online order, didn’t have what I ordered, charged me and served me a sandwich knowing it’s not what I ordered. Did not offer alternatives or refund, and grossly overused sauce making the sandwich inedible. They insisted to bring the sandwich back to consider a refund. If you want to get what you paid for go inside.

Probably the best toasted sandwich I've had at a Subway in a long time. Better than other locations in Springfield or Jacksonville, where the toasted subs in those places are good but lukewarm. The toasted sub I just had here, hot and top notch. Had the Meatball sub of the day meal.

The guys who were working when I came in were really hustling... Got our food done QUICK!

Sandwich was disappointing. The bread was dry, not appetizing at all. Really ruined the meal. Asked for mayo and lettuce; at first I thought they’d forgotten the mayo. But found a thin dot of mayo the size of a dime on one edge.

There are a lot of choices for sandwiches; I won’t be hurrying back to this one.

Make sure to check out all the new items our local Subway's are offering! Alyssa Furling did an amazing job presenting to us recently about all the great options including the new foot long sidekicks (churro, pretzel and cookie!!) along with new wraps and breads. Super tasty!

They need to put more meat on their sandwiches without having to pay extra!!

The sandwich artist was kind and helpful and prepared my sandwich to my liking.I was surprised when I was told that I couldn't use my Subway coupon in the store as I have done many times. They have a QR scanner next to the register for COUPONS, but I can't use it in the restaurant? The coupon even says in store or online. Makes no sense.

My friend, Alyssa Furling, is the franchise owner of Subway Fresh Fit Subs in Williamsville, Springfield, and Jacksonville, Illinois. Her stores are always clean, the ingredients are always fresh and the sandwiches/salads are so delicious. Alyssa is certified to teach food handling safety classes, so of course, her employees have received that important certification. All Fresh and Fit Subway stores are not equal - its the owners and employees who make the stores special - and Alyssa's are going to give you the delicious subs you're accustomed to receiving.

The worst subway restaurant I've ever visited. I ordered from the app, and I got a a footlong bread with a spinkle of meat, chese and vegetables.

Buyer beware!!!Other subways in Springfield are a little more generous on a,10.00 steak bowl. This shop lacks the meat but plenty of rabbit food. $10.00 is wasted here. Check your food BEFOREyou leave the window.
