The 16 year olds serving us were high out of their minds, smelled like weed. Took 36 minutes to get our food! When we got our food the forgot the extra cheese and meat on my sandwich, and the lemonades were watered down so we took them home to add some lemon juice and sugar and found BLACK MOLD ALL OVER in the ice! Never coming here again! Horrible service, horrible food, horrible sanitation!

I ordered food off the website and came to pick it up. The service was great very nice lady the only problems were with the food. Mind you I payed $30 for half sub and a foot long plus chips and drink. I had decided to get two cookies and they were hard as a rock and my drinks were flat. Haven’t even tried my sandwich yet and already feel like I got scammed outta $30. I was just trying to feed my wife at work.

All together it took about 20 minutes to get through the drive thru and get my food in my hand. I had to wait forever for them to take my order and then had to wait forever for them to make my food. They even stopped mid order and told me to hold on. I watched multiple people leave without ordering because it took so long. It was not busy inside at all. I could see while I waited at the window for 10 minutes after paying. I won’t make the mistake of going to this subway again. Lots of people present, not so many people working. All of this for my simple one sandwich order to be completely wrong !
It took them 10 minutes to respond while going through the drive thru. No one was in line either. Ridiculous.
Had some bad experiences here in the past. Crossed my fingers when I placed a delivery order and it was fresh and fast. Just depends on who’s working. Great service. Thank you!

Had a pregnant woman in the restaurant screaming at both customers and another employee. Management did nothing even though, per the pregnant womans admission, her boyfriend was an employee. Management just stood there making sandwitches and said nothing as the pregnant woman threatened to follow a customer home to "beat her @$$" among other threats of violence. The only one who said something was another employee who attempted to stop the pregnant woman's tirade and stream of curses by telling her she couldn't act and talk like that in the restaurant. The pregnant woman responded by continuing to curse, scream, and threaten the girl working, saying she'd hurt her too. Again, management did nothing and said nothing as their customers, and now an employee, were threatened and berated. The situation could not have been handled worse, and the supervisor on duty didn't seem to care. Save yourself the drama and pick a different Subway. Maybe one that values their customers and employees enough to stand up for them and ask verbally abusive people to leave the premises.

I went through the drive through at 4:57 p.m. on August 30, 2023, to order a sub for my son. I ordered a foot long meatball sub toasted on white bread with American cheese, light lettuce, black olives, banana peppers, and tomatoes. I delivered it. Then I got a call after my son had taken a few bites that it had mayonnaise and onions on it. He tried to eat so I would have to go back, but I had to pass by the place on my way home. I went with my son on the phone. They said I had to go back to get the sun before they could reimburse me or make a new sub. I went back to get the sub. I returned with the sub , and then they asked for the receipt. I kinda of slammed it on the counter. They said I didn’t need to do that. I apologized for that. They made the sun and still messed it up. They didn’t use the right bread. They used Italian instead of White. I did all this from 4:57 p.m. to 5:45 p.m. I have been going there for awhile, and this was the first bad experience. They didn’t even offer a cookie for the inconvenience. They were actually rude. There were 2 employees working. The lunch crew seem nicer.
