I don’t usually make posts like this, but I feel like I should share my experience. I’ve been to Sunrise Cafe multiple times, and unfortunately I’ve had repeated issues when trying to place pickup orders.
It’s happened over the phone and even once in the drive-through. Each time, my order kept being repeated back incorrectly even after I politely corrected it and even had someone else explain it. Today, after trying multiple times, I finally said I would just cancel, and the call ended pretty abruptly.
I also know it’s not just me—this same thing has happened to a friend of mine as well.
I’m not posting this to be disrespectful. I really like supporting local businesses, but as a paying customer I do expect basic communication and courtesy. I just hope this is something that can be improved so others don’t have the same experience.

I did not enjoy my experience as much as I'd hoped. My server was very sparse - i was over halfway done with my meal before she check to see if everything was satisfactory. The hashbrowns were raw - crunchy. Very gross. The biscuit with gravy on the other hand, was lovely. Very nicely toasted. My eggs were cooked perfectly. Unfortunately the men in the booth behind me were having quite a controversial conversation and very loudly at that. It's all I got to hear the entire time I ate and it was pretty upsetting. I didn't complain, just ate, paid, tipped and left. Won't be back.

Two of us stopped in to eat. A super clean and super friendly spot to have breakfast or lunch! Breakfast was great and oj was good too. Great coffee. The best service and staff.

Frank doing the damn thing on that flat top. The girls out front are always friendly, happy to help you, jovial and make every customer feel like old friends coming over to eat. The manager Leo though..... just kidding. Hes bringing the technology onto this little down home café and showing her the love, care, and respect she damn well deserves. Kudos to all of yoy.

The so so called waitress talked to me completely disrespectful because my order was wrong. I'm now feeling like I can't even describe how I feel right now this is unbelievable.cortney is the servers name. And absolutely nothing was done about it

Came in at 7:10 am Only a few people in there put in an order for Togo, food took a whole hour to get my order while it sat in the window.. Severed everyone walk-in (all white) with coffee and food before I got my order (an hour and ten min).. When I came in before everyone..! I asked for my food and was told to wait (I’m Asian).. Had to ask for my drinks multiple times.. What happened to first come first served..? Lost my business..! Will never come back..! Don’t suggest to anyone..! Would leave ZERO stars if I could..! Food nothing special, super bland..!
