We placed a mobile order and walked through drive thru because our ambulance wouldnt fit through. They wouldnt even open the window just yelled They couldn't serve us unless we were in a car. Ill never get tacobell again especially if im working.

I know it's fast food, but when even the CRUNCH wrap supreme is a soggy flavorless mess, I get upset. I couldn't tell one item from the other, and all the tortillas were chewy, tough and terrible. GARBAGE!

I would like to start by saying I usually have 10/10 experiences. Tsk tsk tsk, Taco Bell on 6th street. I went today on 9/26 at 4:15. This crew is terrible. I came in and there was a customer trying to translate to the cashier what tacos he was missing. I wasn’t rude or demeaning to the cashier and he went and looked for my order. The Taco Bell app said that it was ready for pickup. I waited for 20 minutes watching them get 5 orders wrong including mine. The skinny darkskin lady who seemed to be the shift lead acted like she couldn’t be bothered when dealing with customers. There was a tall light skin cook who either has a physical or mental disability because the way he was moving was just ridiculous and unacceptable, especially for there not to be a rush. 5 orders and whatever was in the drive through. The service here is usually great. Just a terrible group of people who couldn’t care to even try. Will give another chance because most times they hit the target
