Food is average for Taco Bell. Service is terrible. No one at front counter. Had to use self service kiosk to order. Then, I had to wait for the counter person to ask someone else to come to front so I could pay. I had to ask 3 times for a drink cup.

The person at the drive thru was hard to understand. They changed the steak bowl from rice to French fries. Tacos were soggy.

Ever since the pandemic in 2020, the quality of service has drastically decreased. Now when ordering in the drive thru, I have to slow down on saying my order or I have to constantly repeat myself putting nearly 3-5 seconds between items so that the employee can press a few buttons.
Then when I receive my order, they ALWAYS get it wrong, give me someone else's order, or they have to ask me at the window what I ordered as if they don't have a screen AND cameras directly in front of them at all times.
I blame the age of technology with ordering on apps and door dash. It has made employees slower and less attentive to customers.

Looks like the we're robbed of any Mexican decorations it still good food but don't feel like taco bell it's a office space now lol should of left it the way it was before remodeling

The food was good as always. I ordered unsweet tea, but got sweet tea. I didn't discover this until I got home. I live halfway across town, so I didn't bother taking it back. But I was stuck without a drink, as I'm a type 2 diabetic and can't have the sugar. It was on my receipt as unsweet tea. I wish they would pay more attention to what they're doing. This has happened before at this same Taco Bell location.

Lowkey one of the best taco bells I have ever been to. I'm a missionary so I travel all over the place and I eat taco bell almost every single day. I have been super impressed with the people here sure they mess up every now and then but they are always kind if you are kind back. I just tried there brand new chicken nuggets and dang they were amazing.
