They keep making mistakes. They'll only put part of a combo in the bag and leave out other items. This has happened consistently at this location.

Used to love it, but they started using oatmeal in their beef as filler and now my daughter can't eat anything with beef there. They've also started adding heat to most every dish, and even though it's not real hot, I can no longer eat a lot on their menue. The problem is, I don't know until after I order it, then my food goes to waste. Shame.

Terrible attitude from employees, terrible service, constantly making orders wrong. Come on guys how hard is it to read an order receipt? Clearly the night shift employees need to retake elementary school classes so they can learn how to read and remember words. Super disappointing to see grown adults put in such little effort into their jobs that taking orders is too difficult. Would put zero stars if I could.

What is going on? I waited for 1 hour to get my food when I order online walk-in. No sense of duty and bad customer service. The atmosphere is pretty bad. Manager need to trained their employers to do better with customers. Overall, I love Taco Bell, but this specific location is bad. Never go here in this location.

Whoever was working night didn't give me half the food i paid for and the food they did give me was wrong. I ordered a grilled cheese burrito with no sour cream and I guess they didn't pay attention to the order because it had sour cream. I'm missing an entire 5 layer burrito, I ordered a cravings box and they threw the food in the bag rather than a box so sorting the food wasn't cohesive. My doritos locos taco was just a normal taco and I was told they don't serve the tostada anymore while it was right in front of me on the menu. I was the only person in the drive-through. Hopefully whoever is working nights gets fired and replaced with someone who can serve me the correct order.

I went through the drive through and got through very quickly. The employee who took my order was very nice and got my order right. I love Taco Bell food. It tastes excellent and is very reasonably priced.

Staff needs retrained on client services. They feel that an upset guest is a joke. Even the managers require help and training in this area. Sad.

"I recently visited the Taco Bell at 3025 W White Oaks Dr, Springfield, IL 62704, and was impressed by the experience. The food was hot, fresh, and served incredibly fast. The customer service was exceptional; every staff member was kind and attentive. I especially appreciate the manager, who is clearly dedicated to achieving great opportunities and works well with the team. He is fair and a hard worker. Highly recommend this location for a quick, delicious meal!"

Twice in a row my order was done incorrectly. Mind you, I could’ve checked, but with a large order and in the drive thru, it can be tricky. So some of that is on me, but that didn’t put the items in the bag.
Alternatively, I was handed a cup with a subtle crack in it. As the employee handed me the cup and squeezed, I was adequately covered with Mt. Dew. Halfhearted apology received.
If not for two consecutive orders being wrong, I wouldn’t have dropped a review, but I feel weird having to thoroughly scope out my items before leaving the window now given they have a detailed list of the order.

I have eaten so much Taco Bell in my life. I ordered from here last night and I now have food poisoning. This is the first time Taco Bell has EVER given me food poisoning all though I normally never order from this specific store.
Most of the time mess up with orders
Mobile orders receives infrequently at best
And will have you wait and go around in line 5-10 times
