Drive thru was fast food was hot and the people were very nice. Our taco bell is being rebuilt in Taylorville so we drive to this location to get some and definitely wasn't disappointed.

They will make food wrong go to another location save time and money i had to wait over 20 minutes for my food that they had to remake twice that made wrong the first time staff was running around like children and eating food behind the counter and ignoring customers

Placed a order took 25 mins for it, guy making the food was so high that he was just staring at the wall and moving in slo motion, and then was behind a wall hiding eating in the middle of lunch rush. Then the manager of the store acted like my co worker was doing them a inconvenience and didnt even have the decency to apologize after he waited 35 mins for two tacos and a bean burrito (the easiest items on the menu) still didnt have food and asked for a refund.

Most trustworty Taco Bell in town - always quick, rarely am I ever missing anything and the drive thru attendants are always polite.
The only reason I'm giving them 2 Stars is because my Grande Nachos with Beef were actually pretty good. Everything else was terrible. I ordered Cinnamon Twists, there was NO Cinnamon Sugar on them so they were tasteless. I ordered 2 Mexican Pizzas, there was NO beef in either one, it was ALL BEANS! I ordered a Double Decker Supreme and they just gave me a Double Decker without the sour cream and tomatoes so I just ended up paying extra for nothing. Terrible.

I had not been to Taco Bell for several years. I ordered a Mexican Pizza. The meal came in a box, but there was almost as much cheese and sauce outside the box and into the bag as there was on the crust. It was quite a mess. I drove to the gas station and threw it all away.
