It’s Taco Bell. I think there are kind of general expectations of what each of them look like. The service at the drive thru menu board is polite and friendly. I’ve never had a rude interaction there. However, the window customer service skills could use a bit more attention. Say “hi” and if customers say “thank you” the expectation is a “you’re welcome” at least.

We stopped to eat while we’re traveling and unfortunately forgot my purse hanged on the chair I sat on After we left and drove about 25 mile I needed something from my purse but didn’t find it in the car . I remembered that I didn’t pick it up when we left Went back and called on our way back The nice young lady kept it for me until I pick it up I really appreciate her and the working young guys at that time Thank you very much for your honesty and being trustworthy

Been going there for 4 years but no more after this. Manger needs to train them properly. Very rude staff and not willingly to help!

Vegetarian options: Vegetarian bowl. This bowl has a great variety of items, it was great!
Food was hot, but it took almost 25mins to even get to the window to pay. The staff asked me three times about sauces which I told them clearly each time even when I received my order. They still forgot to put any sauces in the bag. That's the reason for only 2 stars. It's like the fifth time they forget something. The only reason I keep going is because it's across the street from my job, so it's convenient. But, staff is friendly and place is very clean and food is usually nice and hot.
