We’ve been to Tacology a handful of times. Enjoyed the street corn, guacamole and chips. Typically the tacos are great but not at our last visit. Rare instance where my husband would not finish his meal (lamb tacos), 14 yo would not eat Korean tacos based on appearance (I tested and agreed, not good.) not sure if they were having an off night but won’t be back. Expensive not to have enjoyed our meal.

I have eaten here quite a few times. They seem to be slipping on quality.

NOT 100% GF ANYMORE: This restaurant is no longer Celiac friendly. Over the summer of 2024, they added breaded chicken options that contaminated the deep fryers. Disregard previous reviews on Google and Find Me Gluten Free. They are no longer accurate.

If you don’t have allergies, I highly recommend the food. Everything always tastes great. Just disappointing that a good portion of the menu is now cross-contaminated.

Y'all can spin it however you want to continue being victims, but the fact is James and Toni did what they could for the GF community until it was no longer economically viable. The fact that you chose to be hateful instead of grateful is astounding. Most of the menu is still GF. But you wouldn't know because you wouldn't dare support someone who supported you. Keep it Classy Springfield ✌️

For sure the best nachos in Springfield if you like fresh ingredients. Pork was cooked perfectly. Fresh jalapeño and diced onion. The house hot sauce could use a little more flavor.

This place is amazing, i was introduced to the wonderful taco’s here a few months ago and i go almost weekly. Portion are just the right size, i never leave hungry even though they look small. Fried Brussel sprouts are my favorite, the verde and chips are wonderful. Never have i been disappointed.

This is not what I think of when I think of tacos. The food here is delicious and very unique and flavourful, and not anything close to typical tex mex. It is difficult to describe. Just try it. You will like it.

My wife and I are very disappointed. Had lots of recommendations for this place. A few tacos were very good in my opinion, like the cauliflower taco. That was one of the best tasting tacos of any kind I’ve ever had. Also, the grilled cheese one was very good and enjoyable. I would def get both of those again. However, the korean bbq taco had almost no taste and the tortilla completely dissolved and was impossible to pick up as a taco which made it very messy and frustrating. This also happened with the cauliflower taco, but the taste for that one made up for it. Then the smoked burger sounded really good and 90% of the bun was entirely burnt and 95% of the outside of the burger was completely black from burning which gave it a very burnt taste overall. Wife and I were very disappointed with this.

Had the pork burger, first time ever coming hereAnd like every other review has said the food and the staff were greatMy issue is with portion size and cost20 dollars for a small burger 3 fires and a drink is insane to me, I understand it’s all made fresh in house everyday, and that shows with the taste but I don’t know I don’t see myself willingly spending that much on a small meal againI’d say this place is definitely worth a. Try but so many other places you can get 2-3 menu items for the same 20$ I can’t say it’s really worth the price to me personallyI’m sure I’ll return again but it wouldn’t be regularlyOverall I’m okay with it

Incredible food though a little pricey. The Freshman Fifteen tasted amazing - and the grilled cheese taco was very strangely good.

The food here is so bad. The service was also really bad. I do NOT recommend this place. However I do recommend El Burro Loco!! El Burro is great for Taco Tuesday’s! Burro has excellent food and excellent customer service. The Grove is also a great place to look for food when you’re hungry and on a budget.
