This is the best fast food steak restaurant! The little sugary bread balls are to die for! The steak was juicy and delicious. The French fries were very tasty. The server was also very prompt! I love Texas Road House!

Steak was perfectly cooked at medium rare. Yummy rolls and butter, of course. Loaded potato and Caesar salad were delicious.
This is a busy place! We arrived at 5 and was packed by the time we left. I'd recommend calling ahead. Zero complaints by all, enjoy!

Tried to go here for my son’s birthday…. Said and hour and a half wait time when I check in on the app. Fine, we went to Malibu jacks to kill time. I called after about an hour and 5 minutes. The manager told me it would be another 25 minutes. I show up after 25 minutes and they tell me it’ll be another 25 minutes. I told the man I called to check on our status and she told me 25 minutes. He got an attitude and said that well that’s the time you have to wait and you checked in on the app you didn’t call. I told him I called to check the status after an hour and 5 minutes… he just said well that’s the time you have to wait. I asked to speak to a manager it was already 745 at this point and he claimed he was a manager. I just got the rolls to go for my son because those are his favorite. We got those from the pickup order where I spoke to another manager. At least she seemed to care about our situation a little and offered a free app and $5 off coupon. She said that guy is more of a lead and not a manager and that he should have gotten a manager. I Wish it was more for our time and the issue we had but … whatever. Probably won’t be back for a very long time. We have two small children. One of them is a baby still. The guy at the front desk really ruined the entire thing for me. He needs to be retrained. Don’t know his name but it was Friday Nov 14th at 730pm

I was visiting from out of town & usually frequent the Texas Rhoadhouse in Champaign, Illinois which I truly Love their food atmosphere & service there. When I stopped at their Springfield, Illinois location, it Definitely did Not disappoint one bit. My food was fresh, full of flavor & cooked to perfection. I got mine to go because I'd been traveling all day & my two little dogs were with me. So I was allowed to cut my steak into pieces inside the restaurant, and sat in their parking lot to eat sharing bites with my two girls. They had my food done in like 10 minutes at most too. The girls loved it as much as I did & my steak was plenty in size too, plus I got their 6 ct. Side shrimp with mashed potatoes & gravy, broccoli & of course their famous rolls. Soooo Good!!! Thank You Springfield, Illinois location for being so accommodating and a pleasure to deal with.

Had a nice visit at Texas Roadhouse! There was no wait on a Saturday, which was a pleasant surprise. The food was good as always — hot, fresh, and flavorful. The only downside was our waitress, who was very quiet and a bit hard to hear, though it’s understandable since the restaurant is always pretty loud. Overall, still a great meal and experience.

Worst steak I've had in a while. Steak went back 3 times before it was the right cut and cooked correctly. Service was good. Manager was nice. Beware of bad steak!!!
