My family and I went for the first time for my daughters bday. We had a great time. The food that we did receive was tasty, and as for the food that we didn’t receive I’m not sure what it would have taste like BECAUSE WE DIDN’T RECEIVE IT! Sad part about this situation is that we was enjoying our company so much that we didn’t even realize that we didn’t receive our shrimp and/ or bread sticks. Called to speak to a manager and of course they answered, heard my “cry” and then put me on hold and next thing I know I hear the dial tone ??‍♀️.

We should have walked out as soon as we walked in. The host sat my husband and i in the bar and the manager got our drink order and then we sat and sat waiting on the bartender to get to us. I am a bartender as well and saw she must have been busy despite there not being too many people in, so we decided we would have better luck sitting at a table. The host took us to a booth and as we were sitting a waitress looks at us, glares, and then says "I'm cut, so this is *so and so's* table". Ok... that's something that should be taken up with the host, I'm assuming. We sit and wait for our server. We were all ready to order by the time he got to us and ordered the full rack of ribs, and a whiskey burger with the toppings on the side, substituting the fries for salads. Our food comes out a while later and there are many things wrong with our order. Both of the entrees came with fries, the burger was plain without any glaze or toppings, the cheese was lumped onto the burger, and we had no utensils. I tell the waiter these issues and one by one he brings out the things we need, each time having to remind him what was missing. The salad was the last thing to be brought out and tasted off. At this point we just wanted to eat our food and leave. The waiter seemed nice, just was very forgetful. Overall, this was a very negative experience. Friday's, you need to improve your customer service. Both of us have been servers for many years of our lives, so we are more than understanding but this is unacceptable.

It used to be my favorite place to eat, we sat 14 min before we seen a server, appetizer was missing the toppings, main course was just ok, nothing special, very disappointed

My waitress Jasmine was very attentive. But the food was okay. Nothing to write home about. The drink was overpriced

The food was absolutely fantastic! I got buffalo wings (boneless) and they were perfectly made. Ribs were also a 5 star! The potato skins for appetizer were sooo good. Unusually shaped but so good. The only thing I didn't like was the bathroom. It was dirty. The floor was sticky and chunks of toilet paper were in the toilets and it would not flush down.

The parmesan crusted chicken was excellent! It did take a little longer than expected for the food to arrive, but it was worth the wait. Our wait was Lavontre and he was very friendly. We had a problem with our dessert, but the manager was awesome and is going to take care of it for us next time. This was our first time here and we will be back.

Folks, your service is horrible. I have been here twice now within the past 2 months and it's the same. There are dozens of other restaurants in the city that are like yours. How do you stand out from the rest when people have so many eating choices? Good food isn't enough. You MUST improve your service.

TGI Fridays are good as always. Had jack Daniel's whiskey flat iron steak and it was awesome. Mashed taters with some the sauce makes them even better. Awesome place to go eat.

I was in town for a conference and stopped by your restaurant for lunch. I was by myself and it took 75 minutes from beginning to end. The service started off fine and my order was taken within a timely manner. Then it took 20-30 minutes to get my food. After getting my food I didn’t see my server for over 30 minutes. She finally stopped by the table behind me so I turned around and handed her my credit card so I could leave. Never did see a bill until she returned for me t

Waited 30 mins for appetizers that was cold . Food was burnt when we finally got it . And every table around us their order had a mistake . Left an hour and 20 mins later still hungry.

I'd like to never again have to eat there. It took FOREVER (35+ min) for the food to come out and when it did, it was cold. The coleslaw was brown. The chicken tenders tasted like they were coated in sand. The fruit bowl had gross brown specks at the bottom. The Mac n cheese was ice cold, separated, and soupy. Next time I'm heading to Red Robin.

Ordered, asked where our appetizer was after 40 minutes. Waiter forgot to put it in. He came back saying and that our food was ready. Food came to the table and the cheese was burnt entirely through, no edible cheese and it was black! We wanted new food as we had to get to work. They use the same meats from old plates and the cheese wasn’t even melted. Then they still charged us full price and no manager visit or nothing! Maybe that is why some of these have went out of business???
