My wife and I visited this restaurant recently and were disappointed with the level of service we received. When we arrived, the restaurant was completely empty except for one waitress who was cleaning a table. We stood at the entrance for a moment, but she did not acknowledge or greet us.
We seated ourselves, and when the waitress approached, she did not introduce herself or offer a welcome. Her first words were simply, “What are you drinking?” I replied that we were still looking at the menu. She then placed napkins, silverware, and straws on a wet table and walked away without further communication.
The overall interaction felt unwelcoming and inattentive. After a brief discussion, my wife and I decided to leave. Unfortunately, this experience reflected very poor customer service, and we do not plan to return.

Fresh food with tons of options so far not been disappointed by any (current favorites are the pad-thai and mango chicken)

It's not about the atmosphere but the food, which was pretty tasty. We had the Eggplant special dish with pork. It was pretty good. Would recommend this place for a quick bite.

Best Hot and Sour soup in Central Illinois. Very spicy with lots of Tofu and Asian vegetables. Side of small rice and its a complete meal.
We had their set lunch which was a great value. The curries were good but the other two dishes we ordered, Chilli dish and Singapore vermicelli were very salty. Their tom yum soup was not really a soup but listed as an appetizer and is below average. Good value but ok food.

We've been going there at least twice a month And had really loved the place. The food was always amazing. But after last night we won't be going back. We ordered dirty rice like we usually do. When our food come out the rice had the most horrible taste and it stunk. I said something about it to the waitress the woman running the place came over and just wanted to argue with us about the rice. I should have told her she needed to eat it because it was horrible. The waitress told me this might not be for you. I told her this place might not be for me and we won't be back.

Restaurantji Recommends
The fried rices we ordered did not have hardly any of the ingredients that they listed on the menu and were nearly flavorless. Will not be going back.

The food here is amazing! I have been trying different things on the menu, and they are all delicious! The carryout is done just right. I am old school and call my order in on the phone. The staff is always friendly, and I am happy with the food and service every single time. Needless to say, I highly recommend this place to everyone :)
