I’ve given this place a few tries before reviewing because everyone has bad days. It’s an eternal bad day at the Dublin Pub.
It’s pretty gross. The food takes a long time no matter when you go. The food has been mostly room temperature when it hit the table, to include the walleye, which is terrifying. I get the feeling this place was probably good at one point and the owners and/or management have let it go to trash.
I would avoid if you can. McDonald’s is close by and is way better. Hate to see it.

MANY ARE SAYING THIS IS THE WORST DUBLIN PUB IN SPRINGFIELD. THEY GOT MY ORDER WRONG AND PUT MY BACON ON MY PLATE WITH FRIES, NOT EVEN MY BURGER! Went to Dublin for dinner with family. There were several of us. The service was terrible, the waitress was not attentive. Checked on us only 1 time and we had to keep asking for refills all around. It was so bad that we reached out to another server to help us because our waitress apparently was nowhere to be found. After a very bad experience in October, we decided to try Dublin again. We should have stayed away because this was a reminder of why we weren’t happy in October. Again service was terrible. It is unfortunate because the food for the most part was good.

I had the chicken Parm and my friend had the lasagna and both were good with ample portions. The fresh bread with was great as always, although now you have to buy the pasta or others dinners to get the bread instead of getting it as soon as you sat down. A sign said it was due to rising costs.

We were in the area and had an itch for a tenderloin sandwich. Tenderloin was great! Had fries, good. Also got some slaw, no flavor. Tasted like there was no dressing at all on it. My wife had a post roast sandwich and that was awesome! The Guinness on draft, poured right, is the real deal!
