Two chicken sandwiches, fries, side salad, appetizer, and two mixed drinks $74. Who has ever heard of getting your appetizer after your meal and your salad after that. Maybe they were having a bad day, there was only six other guests in the restaurant, so it wasn't dealing with a crowd.

We came in late on the night of March 10th as a party of 16. Not only was the food great, but the service was top notch. Considering the size of our party, I didn't have very high hopes of things going over well due to how busy they were, but I was pleasantly surprised. I wish I had gotten our servers name, but unfortunately, I didn't. A job well done by her!
I sat down with my cheer team to enjoy a happy dinner yet, we were not given menus and had to get them from the bar ourselves, took a very long time about an hour and a half. Do not recommend.

The food was ok, but the poor guy behind the bar also had to get the food, serve the food, clean up after, and take the money. He handled it, but they need more

Giving this hotel restaurant a 5 star because of our server Miss Cely. My son and I ordered Springfield's famous Horseshoe sandwich. It was very nice of her to split the sandwich and gave us a plate each without us asking. Her gesture meant a lot to us. Thanks so much, you are very kind.Don't be deceive by its location. The menu is decently priced, inexpensive, and comparable with other restaurant in downtown.Parking: This restaurant is located in the Wyndham hotel city center.

The service is extremely slow. The food is just ok. Would never visit again.

we only ordered 2 salads for lunch and we waited and hour and still didn't get our food. All they could tell us is that "they are having problems in the back". The place had 20 people in it and the waitress nevwr came.back to check on us and tell us anything. We only found out information abiut our food when we went to the bar and asked. I don't recommend this place.

Have waited for over an hour for a Togo order. Stood there the entire time and not one person acknowledged me. I had to ask about my Togo order and the woman laughed and walked away. I’m still currently standing here waiting as this is happening. Worse ever do not recommend to anyone.

We stopped in for dinner one night and were very happy we did. The service was great, attentive and friendly and the food was great; we tried the Buffalo chicken sandwich and a Horseshoes which is a Springfield tradition. You get a lot of food for the price, so come hungry!
Yes their menu is limited but the food is great. We got their beef horseshoe it was really great. Their meals don't come with anything but the entree so while the prices look inexpensive once you add $10 more for salad and soup or 1/2 sandwich. We had excellent service their everyone was very friendlyWheelchair accessibility: They have a wheelchair concrete ramp

It took forever to get our food. The water tasted like dirt. Two of us ordered medium burgers and they came very well done. One of us ordered a Club and the toast was burnt. Very disappointed. The waitstaff were great!

A struggling bar:restaurant with little traffic and supply chain issues. Fish was good as was the burger. Friendly staff (only a cook and server). Located inside the circular hotel in downtown Springfield. The town looks empty and lonely. Covid hasn't been kind. Steve took good care of us and was very kind.
