They have unique, rotating flavors and a cute shop but the wait times can be kind of long for an ice cream place. Not to mention that the rotating flavors can make it a pain if you end up liking a specific flavor, even if it's non-seasonal or even Vegan they will swap it out to make space for something else every few weeks or season.

Tasty Local Vegan Ice Cream! Love all the vegan friendly ice cream options. It's great that there's no high fructose corn syrup or artificial colors/flavors and that's it's handmade. I got the cookie dough flavor this time with the brownie crumbles. Absolutely heavenly!

Something deliciously different the salted lemon ice cream was delicious. I had the fried doughnut sundae was great I got it with vanilla ice cream and I highly recommend it you won't be disappointed

Great vibe, designed for families!The Salted Lemon ? has the Ma and Pop shop feel to it. They boast locally sourced ingredients, and have gluten or dairy free options as well as some vegan.They have a play village for preschool age children, a huge chalk board and small games at each table.We enjoy their ice cream and the atmosphere.

When me and my family went we got ice cream and donuts and we waited 20 for the donuts because they had to "fix the machine" and make new batter, but then said nothing to us about it, just let us wait there for over 20 minutes..

I finally got a chance to try this locally sourced dairy homemade ice cream. My son had the mini donut sundae, very decadent. Made with soft serve. I tried a coffee ice cream milk shake made with scooped ice cream. Our party also had a salted lemon sundae, root beer float, regular sundae. Everyone thought their choices were good. Everything is expensive everywhere in 2022, and that's why I didn't give it all 5 stars. Get the kids' size to make it more affordable. Cute play area for kids to play while moms and dads talk. Gift shop and frozen treats.

Soft serve tastes like it is made with WATER-not creamy at all! OVER PRICED!!! We couldn't get scooped icecream because "sorry it's too hard to scoop out"...really???

This ice cream shop was a pleasant surprise. We were visiting Springfield and wanted some ice cream after dinner. We googled ice cream shops and selected this one. So glad we did! Incredibly sweet staff, yummy ice cream (raspberry cheesecake and mint chocolate chip were the ones we tried) and the fried mini donuts were prepared when I ordered them. Hot cinnamon sugar donuts - yes, please! It was clean, bright, and spacious and included a playhouse inside for the kids. Fantastic option when your sweet tooth starts talking to you!
