We tried the new location in Lincoln, IL and had a terrible experience. They were out of chicken, steak, garlic dippers, and the brownies that they offered over the phone. Servers were terrible and wearing masks but pulled them down to talk which defeats the purpose. Was told it would be a 20 minute wait and when j arrived for pick up it hadn't even been started. The food tasted awful and was chewy. Would not reccomend and it was a waste of money for something that was not edible.

This was our second visit and we are hooked! The pizza is different but oh so delicious! I ordered online and it was ready when I walked in the door! Perfect!

Thin pizza; can't remember what size but it's tiny and it's like a cracker with burnt little pieces on the underside. Cold and chewy; Maybe get it there in person might be better. Also it's a bit spicy even though I requested just a classic Pizza; also can't really taste the cheese even though it's supposed to be five cheeses on there! Got this & a blonde brownie! I bet the blonde brownie is the best but for 20 bucks I won't buy it again; the brownie or the pizza.

Chicago to Columbia Mo. and back to Chicago. Stopped at Turbo on are way home and couldn't of been happier. 15 minutes!! and we were back on the road. Will definitely visit again. Thanks to the friendly staff as they close at 8 and we got there at 7:55!! They didn't rush us at all.

The food at the Springfield, Mo location was great and I intended to go back but unfortunately the location closed without notice. I lost $15 in gift certificates to this place, so I caution everyone on buying gift certificates for Turbo Fire Pizza unless you want to risk losing your money in the event they unexpectedly close other locations. I contacted the owner per email at the Illinois location to request a refund, but he has never responded to my email. I even called the Illinois location to discuss getting a refund but I was directed to communicate per email. It’s too bad because I did think the food was great. I just don’t think it’s good customer service to ignore patrons requesting a refund when the business chose to close the store without notice.

Me and my fiancee decided to give this place a shot to try a different pizza place. Instead of trying their flatbread pizza which seems to be the fan favorite we each did a regular pizza. So here are my pros: I think the sandwiches and the flatbreads look good. The cons: the pizza reminded me a lot of a lunchables pizza. No real flavor comes through on the crust, the staff wasn't very friendly, and to be honest it was very pricey. If you want a pizza like this go to pies the limit it's basically the same thing for a better price, better tasting pizza, and the employees will actually talk to you.

I ordered a chef’s salad, garlic cheese bread, dessert pizza and iced tea through door dash. They quickly confirmed my order and kept me posted appropriately. When I received it, the salad had no egg, croutons or salad dressing. There were no utensils to eat with. The cheese bread was refrigerator cold; no residual warmth from the trip over. The iced tea and dessert were ok. My guess is, if I was at the restaurant, things would have been different. We’ll never know. I’ll never use them again.
Delicious flatbread pizzas with super-fresh tasting ingredients that burst with flavor! A perfect meal and a concept Springfield has needed for a long time! So glad I found you, Turbo Fire!
