Wahlburgers @ Hy-Vee

I ordered the Fish sandwich, it’s better with out lettuce & the Truffle tots gotta ask for them well done - but I was the fish freshly cut but it’s smaller than the bread it was lil well done- lack seasoning-
From Missouri we don’t have 1️⃣, going back to try a burger 🍔

Usually only leave good reviews, but can't. Restaurant area smelled like pot smoke, went in at 4:15pm, only 6 people in restaurant and they were at BAR. Had to hunt for clean booth, food already ordered at "Kiosk" area and paid for. Ordered burgers and fries, no servers, maybe that's normal at a Wahlburgers, but when I left tip empty guy taking order seemed put out.

Waited 50 minutes for a burger in an empty restaurant. Spent the next day with horrible diarrhea. Never again.

Bartender that took our order messed up when we called to ask them what was going on she was very rude asked if we wanted to talk to the Cook said no she said well I'm just the bartender has talked to a manager and she hung up on us took me four calls to get through

First time I ate at Wahlburgers was awesome! They changed their menu and not a fan of that and the tables aren't clean, trash cans are overflowing and soda machine usually has a few sodas that are out!

I’m so disappointed in my experience here. To start, there was no clear place to order. The sign said to go to a kiosk… no kiosk. A staff member came out to get our order. He took two of the three people in my group’s order and left. The third person was ignored and several other orders taken before it got to her.
When the food arrived, it was incorrect. I ordered a medium burger with bacon, fried egg, and cheddar… and got a classic, fairly rare burger. My partner got something completely other than what they ordered. It was disorganized, there was a worker just standing behind the bar, not helping her coworkers when they asked for it. I understand being rushed or understaffed. I don’t understand the complete chaos of it all.

The waiter ruined my evening while coming here for the first time. The waiter/Cashier seemed exhausted and overworked, so in turn, that created an environment of frustration and impatience with everything he did

We were surprised by the food, it was very good. What they use for serving is minimalistic and recyclable. Service was great. Our waitress was exceptional.

I don't like leaving bad reviews but my experience at Wahlburgers today was so bad I couldn't hold back. The place was almost empty just after 1pm with only 2-3 tables of people in the place and after a long wait they served us someone else's food, then took it back and gave us our food which was cold by then. I ordered the chicken strips and my wife ordered the impossible burger. My food was slightly above room temperature with cold tater tots that tasted like yesterday's leftovers. My wife's burger was a bit better but still sub par.I don't plan on going back for quite some time as there are so many good restaurants in town that appreciate customers.
