Service is slow, very slow! workers are always rude, no one ever wears gloves. Food is cold.

2/14/2025: Stopped for a quick breakfast while running errands. Had two bacon-egg-cheese biscuits and a Coke.Delivered to me quickly, hot, and fresh. Delicious. Counter server was friendly. I'll be back.
We were running errands, were thirsty, and stopped at Wendy's for a drink. We ordered two small drinks, and I took out my wallet. The manager (Alexander Treat?) came over and said the drinks were free, and to please come back when we were hungry. We bumped fists. We like Wendy's baked potatoes and more and will definitely return the next time we want lunch. The manager made our afternoon!

Any time I try to use their drive thru no one answers. I'm always forced to park and go inside (which is no big deal) but sometimes I just want to use the drive thru lol. The service is usually poor at this location.

Remember when Wendy's was good? Jr Bacon Cheeseburgers used to be amazing; times have changed. The burger patty was tissue paper thin. All I could taste was bread and mayo. And the young female at the drive thru window did NOT want to work today. I really hope she isn't this unhappy all the time. It was just a bad experience.

Have ordered many times through doordash, and have consistently gotten incorrect orders in both quality, modifiers, and items. Decided to stop in for Dine in today, and stood at the register for 15 minutes without acknowledgement from any of the staff before leaving. Was the drive through busy? Yes. Was everyone really busy? Yes. But, the second word of food service is service for a reason. They did not provide even the courtesy of acknowledging my existence, nor the line piling up behind me, despite various different employees passing by, making eye contact, and turning their backs. It would not have surprised me if I could have waited another 15 minutes without acknowledgement. I would have waited happily and patiently for my food, or for my order to be taken if they had only cared enough to show they were in fact intending on it. Do not forsee myself visiting again in the near future, hopefully next time I do the service will improve.

We walked in to have lunch and no one would take our order . 4 people walked by us in 15 mins so we left!
I ordered a bacon egg cheese english muffin sandwich. You guys cooked the bacon and egg, but the cheese was cold, and the English muffin wasn't even toasted or cooked, it was cold as well. Cmon, how hard is it to perform such a simple task. Not to mention the drive thru worker seemed high as a kite

Has To Be The Dirtiest Wendys In Spfld , Coke Machines In The Lobby Are Dirty , Tables Dirty . Took 20 minutes just to get my order when i see my food sitting there wait to be bagged . Mangers look like they do absolutely nothing . Just overall bad wendys .

All of the tables were dirty had to wipe one off myself while the restaurant was empty and we were the only customers.

The food and service are good but the lobby hardly ever opens when it's supposed to. The sign says 7am and almost every time I try to go into the lobby it's almost always closed.

Dining area was dirty. Stood in line for 20 minutes with 1 person in front of us. Food was edible but not hot and fresh. Soda machine broken in the dining area. Employees looked like they didnt want to be there. Was not busy.

Terrible service i ordered a biggie bag get to window they say I didn't order then one employee says they took my order but then I have to reorder at the window they don't know there own menue and still got my order wrong
