The staff are remarkably nice and the food was outstanding. I'm a truck driver and sometimes getting something to eat late can be really difficult but the staff here were really accommodating and helpful. The night crew deserves a raise.

Left out the most expensive item in our order. Had to return to get it. The baked potatoes were half hard. My Baconator was a joke. Half strip of bacon. Half a cup of mayo. Squashed.

These people run out of fries and the nerve to tell me that I can't replace the fries with the same item that I could get potato wedges for one and not the other but it was the store that can't order their truck right I didnt come there trying to sub fries out and on top of that they didnt even add the tomato to my spicy chicken sandwich

I swore id never go back to this Wendy's but it was a special circumstance so I gave in. It was crazy expensive for what I ordered and my order was wrong. So. Yeah.

Food was warm and good, customer service was terrible tried to order more food and he cute me off, bathrooms were absolutely disgusting.
Crumbled bacon on the bacon ator fries would be much better than just throwing a piece of bacon on them.

Customer service is horrible. They have attitude in their voice when they actually feel like talking. Normally they don't greet you and hand your order out in silence.

Nobody answers the phone , I got a answer one time and when they did answer I heard just a bunch of cursing about messed up orders . Horrible establishment never again . The manager is professional when I asked to speak to one the manager said “SPEAKING TO ONE” very loudly and rudely and wouldn’t tell me their name..
