The manager is professional when I asked to speak to one the manager said “SPEAKING TO ONE” very loudly and rudely and wouldn’t tell me their name..

Today, I visited Wendy's on Dirksen Parkway in Springfield, Illinois, and I must say it was an outstanding experience. I ordered two Double Stacks and a large Vanilla Coke, and the food was simply delicious. The double stacks were perfectly cooked, juicy, and loaded with flavor. The Vanilla Coke was a refreshing treat that complemented the meal beautifully.
The staff at this location deserves special recognition. The manager and employees did an amazing job. They were efficient, friendly, and attentive, making sure that every customer felt welcome. The service was fast, and I didn't have to wait long for my order.
The environment was impeccably clean and well-maintained. It was a pleasure to dine in such a neat and tidy place. Overall, I highly recommend the Wendy's on Dirksen Parkway to anyone looking for great food, excellent service, and a pleasant dining experience.

I asked for fresh food, and they delivered. It was a busy day since it’s spring, so I felt bad about asking, but it wasn’t a problem for the worker. I ordered a JBC with the $5 Biggie Bag and a Baconator burger. Very good—10/10! Might order again if I’m in town.

That was the worst Wendy's that I've ever been to. The chicken sandwich wasn't edible. It was old looking and dried out. Couldn't stomach the one bite. The double cheeseburger was dry, and it tasted like soy was in it. The fries were even worse. The Wendy's on th other side of town has excellent food.

This review is about the manager Michelle. Our bus drivers travel all over the state and allow and bring in thousands of passengers today one our drivers decided to chooses this establishment. When bring 50 to 56 passenger so any restaurant we choose never charge the driver. Well Ms Michelle decided to embarrass one of our drivers and said he could only pick the small orders. This has never happened because the restaurant love the business we bring to their establishment. I guess Michelle doesn’t have any skin in the game because she doesn’t own this franchise. This review is for the owner, please advice your employees if you want our driver to frequent your business please keep the drivers happy. One meal compared to 56 you still win. Thank you
I'm on a diet so I ordered the plain potato and a chicken wrap. The potato was brown and mushy and the chicken in the wrap was old and dried out. I only was able to force down about half of it. I really wanted a refund but they was busy and I didn't want to be a bother. So I just accepted the loss.
