I’ve been here several times, and the food is consistently good. However, I've noticed that the service slows down quite a bit during even minor rushes. It can be over 20 minutes to get food sometimes. While the staff is friendly, they are obvisously flustered anytime orders begin to stack up. Overall, if you don’t mind slow "fast food", it’s a good spot.

Under new ownership the food and staff are significantly better. However the wait for drive through at dinner us outrageous. 30 minutes and haven't made it to the window.

I’m not usually one to leave reviews let alone a bad review but I’ve been to this Wendy’s many times and tonight was the worst service! The facility was not busy as I pulled up which was after 8pm but I still had to wait for someone to take my order. I placed an almost $40 order which included 2 baconator meals both of which only had one and a half pieces of bacon! The rest of the food was fine but the girl with the blue/green hair was incredibly rude! Not sure how people like that have a job that involves customer service but I would suggest giving your employees a reality check before you start losing customers!

Stopped at a local hotel for the night in our way home to Texas from Wisconsin and decided on Wendy's chili for dinner. Chili is always good but I prefer my chili with no beans or at least very little beans. Lady at the drive up window was very friendly.

Worse SERVICE!! With it just re opening, You would think the service would be good. They take one car at a time, Sat in drive thru, 20 minutes, then at Microphone another 10 Minutes. Very Rood, not even a thanks! And We live 1 Block away and food was WARM !! ALWAYS liked Wendy's, Not this one. Won't Go back. Cars were lined up to Gas station and Some just Left.
