The manager is absolutely disrespectful. Did not put a 6 dollar sandwich in and i called to just try and get it fixed. Somehow im lying over a 6 dollar sandwich. Yall are crazy do not eat here.

They were apparently understaffed, but in any case, there was only one other couple in the restaurant but we waited at least 15 minutes before they even started making our food. I can understand it may not have been their fault someone didn't show up but it was still deplorably slow.

If you like Wendy’s, skip this one. I now understand why Wendy’s odds closing locations. This location is awful. Service is slow, food is not good. The chance of your order being done right is between slim and none, but gamble on none.

I was warned before trying this location. I was told “there are two other Wendy’s in Springfield, but avoid the one on Toronto Road.” I now understand.

Horrible experience. Friday 1/30/26 at 6 pm. Would give 0 stars if possible for service. Was missing an entire kids meal and fries for the biggie bundle. The girl at the counter repeatedly argued with me that I had everything. I showed her that I had two kids meal bags instead of three and then she tells me the biggie bundle doesn’t come with fries even though it is clearly on the big menu and receipt. My husband had to come up and help get the missing food. None of the other employees came over to help her and no manager appeared to be anywhere. I also didn’t receive any apologies once she finally gave us the missing food we had paid for.

Tells us to pull up front has no sign for indication to go so we pulled around waited 30 min just to find out they gave our food to someone else and was being rude while tyring to get refund.

I’ve been here several times, and the food is consistently good. However, I've noticed that the service slows down quite a bit during even minor rushes. It can be over 20 minutes to get food sometimes. While the staff is friendly, they are obvisously flustered anytime orders begin to stack up. Overall, if you don’t mind slow "fast food", it’s a good spot.

Under new ownership the food and staff are significantly better. However the wait for drive through at dinner us outrageous. 30 minutes and haven't made it to the window.
