They were apparently understaffed, but in any case, there was only one other couple in the restaurant but we waited at least 15 minutes before they even started making our food. I can understand it may not have been their fault someone didn't show up but it was still deplorably slow.

I’ve been here several times, and the food is consistently good. However, I've noticed that the service slows down quite a bit during even minor rushes. It can be over 20 minutes to get food sometimes. While the staff is friendly, they are obvisously flustered anytime orders begin to stack up. Overall, if you don’t mind slow "fast food", it’s a good spot.

Stopped at a local hotel for the night in our way home to Texas from Wisconsin and decided on Wendy's chili for dinner. Chili is always good but I prefer my chili with no beans or at least very little beans. Lady at the drive up window was very friendly.
