Absolutely the worst service we've ever received there, and the service is already REALLY spotty most times anyway. Sat down at 6:17, took ten minutes to get drinks ordered, and an appetizer. By 6:36, the appetizer was gone, my wife's drink STILL hadn't shown up yet, and no dinner order taken. After yet another ten minutes, I had to go ask about my wife's drink, which they IMMEDIATELY knew about, but still had not brought. Dinner order finally placed by the original waitress who claimed she had "transferred our table" to another waitress. Then, after finally receiving my wife's drink, a 3rd, completely different waitress tried to bring us menus, and take our order. After 53 mins, and NO ONE communicating anything about our food, we had to get up and walk out.
While we were waiting and watching the poor service, we saw another table also get up and walk out. A group of 8, who were even friends with what appeared to be the manager, "Mark", sat behind our table, and also received absolutely no drinks of any kind, and had the bamboozled waitress try and take their order a second time as well.
Wife and I frequent this Wings Etc. location because despite the regularly abhorrent service, the food is almost always on point. After this last time however, we WILL NOT be back.

Management went downhill after they got rid of my boy that was the assistant manager, don't think I'll ever go back the servers always seem lost and are slow at checking up on you.

Been here twice now. The food is meh compared to the ones up north and the service is just god awful. The most recent time the server was walking around with an airpod in one ear and had the enthusiasm of a tranquilized sloth. The bartender had to leave the bar and get our drinks... and order... and food... the waitress did get us a refill. So I guess she did something.

Had to beg for bbq sauce for the wings, then wings were cold. Chicken sandwich obviously frozen cause it was a brick in the middle. Guess best thing was the fries. Not worth the $80 it cost. Very sad

This afternoon at 230 ish myself and a family member decided to grab a late c lunch. We decided on 20 boneless wings and a large fry. Our server honesty did not know the menu well at all. Which is fine but he told us the price of the large fries was about 4 dollars it wasnt it was about 8 bucks. It was also rang in as full straight ranch 2oz. Which was confusing on the bill. The wings were over cooked to the point you had to us a knife to cut them and we had to order extra hot honey wings sauce due to there just not being enough on the wing. To the point we still had like 12 wingsleft after wards. We had decide not sent it back due to the server taking a long time to come back to the table and anytime we needed anything we had to get up and go ask him. He was pleasant when did come over but was sitting at a table in the main dining room often. It also might of been he was the only server atleast the only one we saw other than someone running food out to another table

I got there at that time and had to wait another 45 minutes before I received my food. I knew it was cheap wing night, so I wasn't surprised there would be a little wait. I just wasn't expecting it to be that long. The chicken sandwich I had was overdone, and the fries were cold. (Wth... shouldn't they be fresh with that wait!)
Good side: The bartender Jessica was awesome. Sweet and apologetic for my wait. She took my name and number for the owner to contact me tomorrow ? hopefully they do.

Chicken wings were dry,overcooked, freezer burnt . Sauces were not bad,
If you want wings that you'll definitely see and feel later then this is the spot. The second time I tasted the wings on the way out surely burned. Sticky unclean tables for your large beers is a bonus. Best thing was the touch tunes jukebox to play some Motley Crue.
