We visited during a power outage but the staff made the best of the situation. They offered drinks until the power came back which was about ten minutes later. The food was excellent.

I've had the pleasure of dining at Yummy Crab on Dirksen in Springfield, Illinois, and it was an outstanding experience! The food was absolutely excellent – every dish was flavorful and perfectly prepared. The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who made the meal even more enjoyable. I have been there twice. It's a perfect hit or a total miss. Seafood needs to be cooked correct. First time was perfect but the second time was it was over cooked and under seasoned.

I ordered a seafood bag with 1/2 pound shrimp, 1/2 pound crab legs which includes a potato, corn and boiled egg. When I got my food home some of the items were missing so I called to get the order corrected. After speaking with an employee and him being rude. I politely took the food back to be informed they don't do refunds! Where do you spend your money and don't get the option of a refund? I returned the disgraceful food since my appetite was now spoiled and will take other measures to get my due refund! You can count me out as a customer, I will never order from this restaurant again!

It was awful. Ordered catfish...was not catfish seemed like it was swain and I don't eat it. It had a horrible stench and appeared to be rotten. I would never again spend a penny at this place. Eat at your own risk.
