My first time here and I ordered the hibachi shrimp and chicken, no chicken was in my meal, my noodles were overcooked and soggy. I was not impressed with this 14$ meal and I added a 3$ tip and the service was rushed and poor, someone who came after me got their mean before I did and they ordered two dinners . I only ordeeed one
Loved them but just noticed the noodles have long hairs in them. I don’t like that. I won’t ever get the noodles again. Hopefully the rice won’t have hairs neither .

Steak was unflavored, dry and tough to chew. Rice, chicken and shrimp were okay. Best things were the sweet carrots and spring rolls.
Please don’t use our food truck reviews, this food truck just open a few months only and not related with our Yum Yum hibachi on the wheels at Springfield,IL.
