I was chilly at lunch time today, so I went upstairs to Zach’s and had a delicious bowl of homemade chili! Best chilli I’ve tasted in a long time.

Very rude people. Found a hair in my boyfriends burger and they blamed it on me saying it was mine. I brought the food back and simply wanted a replacement. Nothing had been ate yet. I was sitting a few feet away from the counter and could hear all of the rude remarks about me. Won't be back. Sad cos the food was actually good.

All sandwiches can be salads so that's cool.. I was unsure if it'd be good but I got the gyro as a salad. Best gotdang gyro meat I ever tasted. This tops subway and panera salads and costs less. It's just the meat is so tasty and well seasoned. Looked up if it was a chain and sadly not, want this stuff in my hometown. Plz come to Naperville

So pissed! I've been going to Zach's Wraps since it's been in the mall because I work there as well. I used to see the same people often and got to know them, now they have really terrible people working there. My experience today really set me off, I asked for cheese fries, the lady must have forgotten to put whatever seasoning on the actual fries so she put it all over the cheese!! Not only that but she poured the cheese all over the container and when she tried closing it, it flicked open and the cheese shot out onto my brand new white shirt...... she said oops and handed me the fries and walked away. WTF is that!!!!!!!!!!! I won't be back.

As far as food court food goes, this place is pretty amazing. I'll give this 4.5/5 stars. Came here when I was doing some shopping and got the Asian Chicken Wrap Combo. Food was great. Nice grilled chicken, good vegetables, and excellent Asian sauce, which had a bit of a kick to it...but nothing too terrible. (Wrap was so good, before I left I got another one for a snsck, so that should say something.) Fries were good and fresh from the fryer, with a nice crisp to them. The only downside is the drink was a bit watered down, but otherwise a great experience and good food. Service was good, as it was lunch time and the owner was the one making the food. If back in the area and need a bite, will definitely stop here.

They make fresh falafel which is hard to find around here. The homemade Tadziki is legit and makes the gyro really stand out. It's kind of a greasy place, food court situation, but it's really a nice and quick change up from the usual chain restaurants. Definitely recommend.

The chicken wrap was AMAZING! The chicken was perfect and not chewy or anything else. The fries were perfect. Service was great! Definitely recommend!!

Just finished eating my wrap. I stood in line for over 30 minutes waiting. Everyone did. For a chipotle wrap and a kids nuggets. Wrap didnt even have chipotle on it after standing there that long. Fries were cold too

Food court food is always a challenge when it comes to good or not. I decided to try Zachs Wraps in White Oaks Mall in Springfield IL. Now the food court here has changed over so many times in the last 20 years. They offer 14 different meal choices I tried the Zach Attack. Crispy or grilled options Crispy chicken wrap with onions, tomatoes, lettuce, provolone cheese and bourbon sauce. Order of fries and drink. 1 There's no choice of wraps that I seen 2. Crispy chicken should take 7-8 mins not 5-6 3. The wrap should be completely closed on end When I opened the wrap to reclose the end it was 2 very small and thin chicken tenders lightly breaded( maybe why it was so fast cooking) Onions were full slivers not diced The bourbon sauce was a little over powering to taste. Definitely need a drink to wash it down. Fries golden brown seasoned Standard fountain drink watered down taste. Polite workers.

Love this place! Very fresh, and wonderful people, they catered an event for me as well and they were great through the whole process! Gyros are probably the best around, the rest of the menu is fun and creative.
