Tried the panzerotti, they were very good. I think they're a little overpriced, too small for 8.00 each. 1 is not enough. you would need to eat 2 as adult, but at $16... That's pricey.!

ok, first time was great, second time good, but in the last several orders notting is good here anymore, panzerotti are low quality, they must have changed the cheese because it taste like notting but full of salt. do not order the grigliata, they have no clue how it need to be made, it taste terrible, i will never return here again and will not suggest it to anybody again. i m very disappointed, suggesting to restart again from the first day and check what you have done wrong. thanks

Small pocket of deliciousness brought to you by genuine Italian family with friends. The delicate taste of caprese with homemade bread was scrumptious. Fried & baked panzerotti:The bread was soft, the cheese was ooey gooey & the tomato sauce was fresh and earthly. None of that canned salty sauce. Definitely must try more when we visit again. Forgot to take picture of the shrimp & broccoli linguine but also light & flavorful. You must try

I do not understand where the rave reviews are coming from. The pizza taste like what my Indian immigrant aunt makes at home. The cheese seems like low quality low fat mozzarella and the sauce tastes like hunts pizza sauce. The bruschetta was good though. It’s not bad but not worthy of anything higher than a 5.1/10. Home run inn frozen pizza tastes better. The staff is nice but there is a HUGE need for improvement.

Such a disappointment !!!food was good customer service terrible. The experience at Aqua y Farina was a total disappointment. I didn’t want to write this review but after they gave away my order and rushed to make me another one low and behold I’m left with an Undercooked pizza even after I reminded the front desk girl that to remind the chef it was to be well done but little miss know it all and her snotty attitude said it’s on the ticket they read from the ticket like I’m a idiot for the advice .. obviously they didn’t maybe you could of walked the extra foot to tell them instead of just being a completely rude waste of space. The front desk receptionist's mistake of giving my order to another customer was aggravating enough, but her rude attitude and basically blaming me for the error made it even worse. Waiting for them to remake my order was frustrating, considering it was two days before Christmas and I did have other things to do then wait around for a pizza s day and when the other customer returned, the receptionist's behavior by rubbing it in my face saying keep the extra two pizzas you’ll have so much pizza tonight to the other guy while I’m there waiting like a piece of dirt was unprofessional and insensitive. To top it off, being charged for a Sprite during the extended wait felt like adding insult to injury. Overall, a truly unpleasant visit with very poor customer service.

Yesterday I tried a place by my house for the first time. They have been open for 8 months and I didn't even know that they were there. It's a goofy location and they must not advertise at all. The place is called Acqua e Farina Pizza and Pasta. It's basically a takeout, delivery joint but they do have 3 small tables in the lobby. I went with a 12" sausage pizza. The crust was pretty thin. Very firm and crispy with a light dusting of cornmeal. The sauce had a great fresh tomato taste and a nice sweetness to it. Good size chunks of sausage with plenty of fennel. The cheese had a nice fresh Mozzarella taste and a good pull to it. Overall the pizza was extremely good and I am happy that I found out about this place. The owner Vito is a very nice guy and I hope that business picks up for him.

Wanted to let this new business / first restaurant a few months to shake out their "NEW" startup bugs and get their rhythm / stride. FOOD - flavors (specifically of sauce on sausage pizza) and quality of ingredients would make any genuine Italian family dinner proud ! Delicious ! Neapolitan thin crust held its own beautifully. FOOD deserves 4-5 stars hands down DO NOT ORDER for pickup using SLICE SPOT APP! They have not properly configured their Slice Spot ordering timelines at all and they need to fix this to retain customers. They really should pull their Slice Spot presence until they've fixed timelines in their setup. So when we showed up to pickup our order which was about 15 minutes after placing the order - the staff made it clear to us they had just received the order and it would be about 20 more minutes and were very defensive about it. They were going to push our order to the front. We weren't looking for special handling and we tried to show them how this confusion was all tied to their poorly configured Slice Spot setup. Pricing - the 16" Acqua E Farina specialty pizza was $30 which was a fair price for the ingredients n flavors and far less costly than a flight to ROMA Panzerotti was $8.50 (extra pepperoni) which also very fair. If looking for a true Italian tasting high quality Neapolitan pizza - you won't be disappointed - BUT please remember to call them to place your order

This is our favorite pizza in Saint Charles. They are so friendly, and the delivery is always fantastic--pizza arrives warm every time. High quality ingredients, delicious crispy crust, and incredibly fair pricing. Ordering online is easy. This has become our weekly tradition. Keep it up, we're so happy to have you nearby and we'll support you for life!

I don't understand why they only deliver on Friday and Saturday if you do not have a smart phone. All of the Seniors in my club are greatly saddened because we mostly have only flip phones. We can't afford to have a smart phone. And we are unable to drive to their pizza place. Its not right and fair. With yesterday being Veterans Day; Alot of us are Veterans who fought for our country can't get pizza delivered to our homes during the week. Thats so sad.

We enjoyed a fantastic take out pizza at Acqua E Farina. We ordered the 16 inch Acqua E Farina, with Italian Prosciutto on half. It was topped with large chunk of Barata cheese, and a generous portion of arugula. Four of us had two pieces each and it was very delicious. The order was called in a couple of hours prior to the pick up time and the pizza was ready and right on time for pick up. The pick up pizza was paid with a credit card and a tip was requested. This a major annoyance when there was no service, other than what would be expected when ordering a take out pizza. There is limited dining. The dining area was observed to be pleasantly decorated, clean, and well-maintained.We will definitely return for future pizzas, but will be paying with cash to avoid denying the request for a tip.Great pizza at a reasonable price!
