The service here was absolutely awful.
My friend went to the DJ booth to request a song, as instructed to by the bartender. When she got there, a member of the security team told her she couldn’t request a song because “they only accept requests from hot girls.”
The man who told her that, pictured, truly had no room to be discussing one’s looks. Not only was his statement incredibly rude, but our entire group promptly left the bar (stopped spending $$) and we’ve been telling all of our friends/families/colleagues about the service we received here. There’s plenty of other places to go in St. Charles/surrounding area with nicer employees that won’t directly criticize someone’s looks.
In addition to having incredibly rude security, the floors were disgusting throughout the bar, the game room had no darts left, and the DJ’s remixes were a train wreck.

this place is cheeks. came here after the st patrick’s day party with friends. we were there for not even an hour and my sister had fallen asleep on her boyfriend. she woke up and had to go to the bathroom. on our way to the bathroom a guy stopped us and told us that we had to leave because of how “drunk” my sister was. he wouldn’t even let us go back to the table to get our purses and jackets. one of the bouncers also kept opening the door to the women’s restroom so see if my sister was done yet. he kept telling me that she needed to hurry up. she’s on the toilet??? and i had just ordered drinks so yall owe me like $15 bc we didn’t get to finish them. they went back and told our friends that we were getting kicked out because my sister puked??? also if any of you bozos that was involved is this and is reading this, you clearly don’t pay attention because the alleged “puke” that came out of my sister was a spilled drink done by someone who wasn’t even in our party. yall are wild for the way you treated us.

This place was disappointing, to say the least. Went here for the first time on NYE. I understand that it was a busy night, but service was too slow, spent 45+ minutes trying to get the bartender’s attention (actively trying to call her over) and didn’t receive my drink for close to an hour. Drinks were overpriced and underwhelming. Security is on a power trip, there’s no reason to harass someone for not letting you rummage through their wallet on the way out of the bar. Atmosphere was similar to a college frat party; bad music and wet/sticky floors throughout. Unless it’s your 21st birthday, I’d recommend going somewhere else.

Went out for drinks with friends and stayed for hours dancing the night away. Huge dance floor, great music and great service. 10/10 vibe. 10/10 drinks. 10/10 service. 10/10 drunk by the end of the night.

Awful music, the owner thinks he’s a DJ. It’s really disappointing. I would compare the music to radio Disney. This place with a lot of potential. This place is fine for nightlife other than the music. The DJ is the Owner, he purposely plays music that keeps the crowd stagnant. I’ve been there frequently because of friends recently.
