Stopped by new location after dinner to get some premium frozen custard. Family of 4 all got concrete mixers that were 1/4 blended. When I brought it up, you guys took them back and returned them not any better.

my dog Travis was looking forward to eat his scoop of vanilla ice cream but due to the lighting storm from yesterday they said they couldn’t serve it to him. We went today and they said we didn’t have an order and they couldn’t give it to us.

Waited about 20-25 mins while they got everyone else behind us in line their order. Finally went up to ask what was going on and when we told the guy we had been waiting for awhile he said "I'm sorry, we can only take so many orders at once". If that the case, then where is mine? I asked for my money back, and the gentleman shut the window on me while he got the manager, who didn't offer any type of apology or explanation for the situation. Just told me she voided the transaction. Hopefully I get my money back. 0/10 interaction. We were excited to try this place too.
