Lots a mess in the winter , Mac n cheese a lil bland , service speed depends on whos working, one order took a few minutes while the next time same order took 15 minutes

Not a lot of people eat inside the restaurant, but the service is Quick. The food is usually done before I can get sauces and napkins and drinks. The food always tastes good (even if sloppily prepared at times) and I’m very glad they brought potato cakes back. There are always coupons in the mail that make it pretty affordable for a quick meal.

Want through the drive thru and was pleasantly surprised by the kindness shown to me by the employee taking my order and delivering my food. Both went above and beyond to not just be an order taker ... they were kind and friendly. Their kindness made me seek out writing reviews for them, so you know they are doing something right. Thank you to them for being nice and showing kindness to complete strangers. If only the entire world could be this way.

First of all the app wouldn't let me check out so lost out on some deals. Went inside to order and the lady who took order was nice and efficient.
The issue was there was hardly any meat on both the classic beef sandwiches. It was mainly just bread. Those sandwiches are not cheap either. The other Arbys I go to puts a fair share of meat. Was disappointed by that.
Don’t bother with this location. Has down downhill in quality and service. Ordered online, walked in at time order was expected to be ready. Waited over ten minutes before someone walks out to the counter to assist. Someone walked by to clean and did not acknowledge me. Went back and forth for a couple minutes after they asked what the name was. I gave them my first name. They told me they don’t have the order. It wasn’t on the pickup shelf. I asked them to make it then. They then realized they did have my order, sitting out in the back going bad. My fish sandwich was cold and inedible. Other food cold and less than desirable. What a disappointing experience. I won’t bother coming back.

I just got home from lunch at Arby's and felt strongly compelled to write this review.
I was there on Thursday, November 14th, around noon. I placed my order with an older gentleman, though younger than myself. As I was paying with my iPhone, a younger woman brought out my order. I don’t think I’ve ever received my order at a fast food restaurant so quickly in my life. So I’m thinking, there’s got to be something wrong with it. Are the curly fries cold? Is the sandwich poorly put together? No. It may have been one of the best lunches I’ve had at an Arby’s.
I strongly recommend this location.

We tried the new chicken sandwich and the 'returning' potato cakes, and both were an expensive disappointment.
The chicken was just lukewarm, the cheese was not melted, the bun wasn't warm and the whole thing lacked seasoning. The potato cakes did not have even a hint of potato taste.
The service was good, although the tables all needed cleaning. Overall, this is our last visit to Arby's. There are too many other options available, to return to a restaurant that consistently disappoints.
