I was really looking forward to enjoying an Oreo Cappuccino Blast today, as it had been a while since I last had one. Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The drink I received looked nothing like nor appeal to the picture advertised, and the flavor wasn't nearly as good as I remembered. To make matters worse, the whipped cream and other toppings that I always associated with the Oreo Cappuccino Blast were no longer included. Instead, they're now considered "extras" that come with an additional charge. Had I known about these changes beforehand, I definitely wouldn't have placed the order. It's frustrating to feel like establishments are nickel-and-diming customers with these kinds of upcharges. This experience has unfortunately soured me on the Oreo Cappuccino Blast, and I won't be buying one again.

Ordered a Largw Oreo shake they gave me one scoop of ice cream and the rest was just milk it was so milk. It didn’t have a shake taste/texture, nor was I really able to taste the Oreo. FIRST TIME AND LAST.

I got my daughter’s ice cream cake for her 10th. Birthday and it was old and gave us a different color than what we ordered. I didn’t care about the color but the cake part was old and didn’t taste right. Party place left the cake 20mins out room temperature and it was super hard to cut. Plus kids spoons weren’t breaking while trying to get peace out of their plate. Depending on your luck who you get to talk on the phone either they are super nice or rude. My first call I didn’t get any response. AVOID THIS PLACE

Staff is super rude and don’t even say a word to you, other than your total(and sometimes not even that). I go to this one because I don’t have another option and it is painful every time. The building is also in rough shape and needs fixing up.

The girl that was working there today on 06/18/2022. I think she was in charge, did not have a name tag. Seemed overwhelmed. I went to order no one was responding so I thought there order thing was broken. Went up to the window told her that I think the order thing does not work, she had a major attitude asked what I wanted heard her say that is going to take long to make. I asked her if that was what she said. She said "yes" . She said, I will have you just pull up and wait for a while with a snarky voice. I just pulled away and left. I was like I'm not having someone make my drink with that type of attitude.

I went through a drive thru for two blast cappuccinos this they gave me has no taste I love those drinks but definitely this is garbage pay more than 5 dollars for each drink.?.
