Awesome sandwiches and great prices, couldn’t ask for more!

This was our second time coming here. Both times our sandwiches were incorrect. For example, we had ordered two turkey sandwiches with cheddar and lettuce only. The sandwiches had onion and mayo. When I asked about the error we were met with “All our sandwiches have mayo.” and a confused look. I shared that we ordered our sandwiches with cheese and lettuce only and he shrugged his shoulders. We tossed them and left. Both times coming here when we asked about the errors it seemed like we were inconveniencing them. Disappointed and won’t be coming back unfortunately.

Went on a busy night but still great service and two great sandwiches, a corned beef sandwich and the St Charles (turkey, bacon and avocado). I appreciate that they were willing to make my sandwich as a wrap, too! Lots of fun options for sandwiches. Very short walk from the public parking lot north of 64.
Parking: Just north of 64 and West of the shop are a few free public lots.
We had the Italian and Pastrami which were prepared and heated to perfection-both were excellent.Exceptional quality at a reasonable price.Our 1st time, but not our last.

I really wanted to like Bezos. They seem like nice folks and are walking distance from my office. I've gotten sandwiches for take out twice. Both times my sandwich was incorrect, the first time i had to pick off some onions - no big deal as it's a preference not allergy. The second time again had to pick off onions but also had to scrape melted cheese off the bread - I unable to eat dairy. I try to pick menu items I dont have to modify very much because I know it can be a pain for kitchens to deal with dietary restrictions but after two failed attempts I will just get my lunch somewhere else in the future.

I ordered a gluten free sandwich via GrubHub and I am so pleased with how amazing it was!!! I got the American sub and it was toasted with melted cheese and simply delicious. Glad I ordered two to meet the delivery minimum :)
