Watch out for overcharging. Ask for prices and a receipt. After a handful of times and contacting another location it would seem as the employees charge whatever they want. How is a basic large iced Americano with sugar free mocha $7 and change...because there was a BOGO coupon used? Another coffee was $9+. Ridiculous. This doesn't bring loyalty but resentment. Do better! Some of the females there have an attitude problem. Maybe hiring more diversity would put these wannabe queen b's in their place while fixing the overcharging.

Biggby always puts a smile on my face. There staff is always so positive and make my day. I love it here and it's a coffee shop you must try.
Girls are very rude, I come in regularly and order the same thing every time and they made my order wrong when I know I ordered the same thing I ALWAYS do, and the girl with brown hair and glasses had an attitude and said “neither of us heard you say matcha next time you don’t specify you’re gonna have to pay for us to remake it” I know I ordered correctly it’s not my problem if the girls weren’t paying attention, not to mention one of the girls obviously didn’t hear me because she was no where near the register when I ordered.
