Broken Brix Chery Table Wine, 750mL wine (13.5%25 ABV)
Made with montmorency cherries from MI. This fruit wine is made to drink like a red table wine. Aged on American oak.
Broken Brix House Red, 750mL wine (12.0%25 ABV)
Illinois grown Norton 60 percent and Italian zinfandel 40 percent. This wine shows notes of ripe plum with hints of chocolate and vanilla. A full bodied dry wine to be shared with friends and family.

Silver medal winner at National Honey Board's Mead Crafters Competition 2022 a traditional mead made with orange blossom honey. Off-dry, higly effervescent, and very complex.

Broken Brix Barrel Aged Cider, 12oz Cider (6.9%25 ABV)
A variety of heritage apples fermented and aged in Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels.
Broken Brix House Cider, 12oz cider (6.9%25 Abv)

We were recommended to Broken Brit when we purchased a kegerator. They have a great selection of beer available and if they don’t have one you want they can order one quickly. The owner shared a lot of very helpful information to first time kegerator owners around cleaning and installation. They also have a really cute bar inside with their own beer and snacks. Will keep going back for all our keg needs!

Attended the Chimay Beer and Cheese Event this evening. It truly was a very special event as they had all 4 beers on draft, which is quite rare to say the least. In addition, there also was cheese made by the Chimay Trappist monks. Ed, Mike, and the rest of the Broken Brix team knocked this event out of the park! PROST! ?
