Please beware that most wings are not freshly fried/made I picked up a order and witnessed my wings beings handpicked from a drawer(it’s was a 1-2 hours after opening must’ve been old wings) I didn’t think anything of it till later in the day when I was vomiting and had the shits

crew accidentally put sauce on my wings, went back to let them know and the man that came from the back to take care of the issue was very nice. he corrected the order and said i could keep the wrong one. i told him he could take it back but he insisted i took it. i appreciate their service and will come back to this location 11/14/24

Went over for my 30 minute work luch which was aroud 4pm. I figured I'd give it a try. Its a new faster concept with a limited menu and it caters for faster food. Went in and placed a simple order a chicken wrap with fries. There was no one ahead of me and the order cubbies had nothing. They were not busy.
I had to wait the whole duration of my lunch. When i finally got my order I was already running late. I asked the cashier why it took so long? He told me its my fault for not calling ahead 30 minutes prior. Yea...you are right its my fault! Keep your food, I want a refund and left.
No food came out while I was there. And new customers were starting to wait. Owners cant run a buissness, totally short staffed.
Wont be coming back, to a place thats slower then any fast casual resturants.
