I remember when they didn’t split a chicken breast between two sandwiches when you order two of the same sandwich ? pulled it apart to heat it up in the oven bread was soggy as I didn’t eat it right away. That’s literally one chicken breast cut in half, then a half cut in half. Leaving you with HALf a chicken breast on each sandwich . Either you are greedy or your cook is eating customer food. If you haven’t had the plant-based Italian beef, then you definitely need to try it. I always order it with hot peppers and a root beer with light ice. This is not something I would eat every week. In fact, I would only have a couple times a year because it is very salty, but definitely flavorful.

OMG! What is not to love about this location? I wasn't real hungry, so I ordered a kid's meal with the Italian beef sandwich. The bread was soft, the meat spices were perfect, the temperature was hot but not too hot to eat. The fries were salted perfectly and the temperature was toasty warm. Placing the order went quickly. I didn't have to wait long to get it delivered to the table. The store was very clean. Parking was easy. This location is out of my normal route, but I think I could go out of my way to eat here.

First visit to Buona Beef. The food was very good. I actually liked the beef sandwich better than Portillo's. Had some trouble with our order. It wasn't correct and had a little trouble fixing it. Otherwise it was a good experience and one I'd do again.
