We frequent this BK as it is the only one around, and because it is a very nice place. Always excellent customer service, clean tables, just amazing especially for a fast food place.We recently went through the drive through, and one item was left out. No biggie it happens, I called and they said to just mention it next time I was in and they'd take care of me. There are some of the dumbest people working at this location. There's one girl who is competent, Lisa. Everyone else, I don't know what to day. Orders constantly messed up. Complained to Gill Management & never heard back 10 days ago. They never remember to add the bacon you pay for or they're screwing up the kids meals one way or another. I'm done. I'm boycotting this location.
