I’ve been coming here since highschool. It’s been more than a decade. The same lady has always taken care of me and respected me. It’s been years and I apologize for not remembering her name. She’s the reason I go to Burger King on Randall. I just came by, she was not there. I ordered two bacon double cheese. Received single cheeseburgers. I’m not sure why it always happens when she is not there, but I wish the same service could be provided by the rest of the staff.

This BK Location ALWAYS gets my order WRONG !!!!! They either give me someone else’s order and/or something is always MISSING.
Today we ordered 1 Honey Mustard Chicken wrap 1 Fiery big fish And 10 Tacos
We received the first two and then a whopper and fries 🙄 This has happened on more than one occasion with this BK location. I am VERY disappointed and dissatisfied with their service. Will NOT be returning.
