No one in my family will ever come here again. Very disappointing after being a customer for YEARS.

I got there a few minutes early for carry out, with cash for a tip in my pocket. The girl up front told me I needed to wait a few more minutes and went back to the kitchen. She must’ve been upset I didn’t tip right away because her and another employee started complaining to each other about customers who don’t tip. (Maybe they didn’t know I could hear) I would normally have understood their frustration and ignored it, but she made a comment “this is America”, as if I wouldn’t know about tipping because I’m Indian. I am not only American but from this town. I know about tipping and even had brought them a generous tip, but I’m glad I didn’t give it to them early now. Never coming back.

After waiting for 15 minutes and nobody coming to the table I left. The other couple there I saw go up and have to remind someone they ordered pizza. While handing another customer a pickup oder one of the employees looked right at me and still nobody came out.

Charlie Fox's used to be the BEST pizza around but for the past year the pizza is very hit or miss. When it's a "miss" it is the worst pizza you can imagine: the dough is old or just plain bad it is like cardboard cracker crust, the onions are like they were freeze dried and can't be chewed and they try to make up for the bad dough by putting waaay too much olive oil on the dough. The extra sauce we request is not included when the dough is bad. I don't know if it is a particular cook or if they are sourcing pre-made dough and letting it expire. Whatever the reason we may just stop ordering from this pizzeria - too bad because on rare occasion when it is still good it is REALLY good but we have now tossed too many costly pizzas to keep rolling the quality dice!

It was pretty empty when we were here, so we sat and ordered right away. The pizza was good, salad was great, service was decent. Would definitely be back.

Working in the trades, this is one of the best places to go for lunch. Their slices are always hot & fresh, and you get a lot of bang for your buck!

Came for dinner after a busy soccer tournament weekend with a couple of our boys on a Sunday, dine in was not too busy. We had a great server that was patient and very attentive. Nice atmosphere. Amazing pizza!

This is one of our favorite pizza places in the area, but it’s getting more difficult to justify spending the extra for their pizza (since they are more expensive than the other ones) when 9/10 our pizza is wrong when we pick it up. When I call to let them know it was wrong again, the response is always “we’ll credit you for it.” I really don’t want a credit, I would prefer that our order was right.
