Best ramen in the area. This is always our go too spot. Food is always hot and fresh. Broth is boiling hot still by the time you get it home. Ramen is yummy.

If I could give zero stars, I would.

My order was supposed to be ready at 5:50. I arrived at 5:55. Not only was it not ready, but I stood there until 6:25 before finally getting my food. The restaurant wasn’t busy—just two people sitting inside and no other takeout orders coming in. I had ordered three sushi rolls. That’s it. Somehow that took 35 minutes past the promised pickup time.

When I asked what was going on, the chef told me they were “busy” with other orders. Busy where? The place was empty. The excuse was laughable. To make things worse, when I asked again how much longer it would take, I was told I was “in his kitchen.” Instead of any apology or customer service, I got rudeness and attitude.

And after all that? The sushi was nothing to write home about—average at best. Certainly not worth the wait, the attitude, or the hassle.

There are plenty of sushi spots that actually value their customers’ time, deliver decent food, and treat people with respect. This one deserves to be skipped. Go somewhere else.

I really enjoy the ramen at the Des Plaines location. Had lunch here and took a very long time to get my food and took another 25 minutes to see the server after I finished (one other person was there). Multiple people came in and left as the server was not there. I was really hoping for the food and service to be like the Des Plaines location 😕

Yesterday afternoon me and my wife decided to go dining at this location and it took me right back to my childhood in China. The flavors were so authentic they reminded me of the meals my grandmother used to cook. Our server was especially kind and attentive, adding a personal touch that made the experience even more memorable. The cozy atmosphere all made me feel at home. It’s rare to find a place that captures that kind of genuine comfort nowadays. Truly a special experience. Definitely would be coming back soon(:

We stopped by yesterday afternoon and were blown away by how flavorful everything was! I had the chicken ramen, and my wife ordered the shrimp wonton both dishes were absolutely delicious, rich with depth and perfectly seasoned. The broth was comforting, the noodles cooked just right, and every bite had us savoring more. We also noticed the cook was a young Hispanic man, and it was amazing to see the passion and skill he brought to the kitchen, true craftsmanship! We’ll definitely be coming back soon. This place is a hidden gem!

Ordered online. Drove out to pickup and found out that the order was cancelled with no notification. They tried to say that I cancelled the order, but I didn’t- my screen said pending pickup. They were missing a bunch of things on my order and tried to blame me for it and there’s no sushi chef. What is a sushi restaurant without sushi??

I walked into the restaurant with absolutely no one there. Must be a slow night I thought. Then finally someone came to help me. I tried to figure out what to order and after some awkward back and forth I was finally recommended the vegetable ramen. I love ramen. This ramen was terrible.
