I did a pickup order today and they forgot my guacamole. I didn't realize it until I got home. I tried calling them to see if I can get a refund and no one will answer the phone and there's no option on the Chipotle app to get a refund. Wonderful customer service. We pay enough for this food I expect it to be there or at least a way to get a refund without going back.

This place is astonishingly garbage. I work close and make moves to local places for a quick bit for lunch, and let me tell you. This place... stay far away. Especially through the drive-through. I normally don't rag online. This needs to happen.
If I pay for double chicken burrito... it's smaller than if I don't. Ask for light this. It's heavy. How can their staff be so polarized and suck so bad? The amount of inconsistency at this establishment is beyond unexceptional. The regionals or leadership in charge of this place needs to hammer down and fix it.
If I pay for a $14 burrito it should be perfect.
I've finally had enough tonight. I will never go to another Chipotle again ever

I ordered my usual bowl through the Chipotlelane. It came half full, the veggies were practically raw, and nothing that I asked for extra was actually even a normal portion. Very sad experience.

I got double chicken, mild salsa, no fajitas and chips (more but these are all items that are wrong).

I ordered through the app for a drive through pick up time of 6:20, it is currently 6:55 (I’m an idiot I know) and I’m still in line waiting. I have no option to cancel the order through the app and get a refund so I’m pretty lost on what I should do here. If you see a skeleton in the drive through lane, I starved to death waiting. Atleast five other cars have left during this wait, I should have joined them. I am a fool.

Horrible service. Ordered for my kids and first order was wrong. Called to get resolved and they said sorry. Call corporate.
My other son wanted dinner after work and I went to pick up his order at 9:40. Stayed in drive thru honking my horn and waving after 10 min of 3 employees looking at me. All of them had ear buds in and didn’t care.
Went inside and they said sorry, We are busy. No customers in the store.
Taco Bell…. Here I come. Chipotle has been declining for years and I’m finally done.

I rarely write bad reviews, but I didn’t have an option this time. This location is not only filthy, but always forgets at least one item. I had 2 bags of chips and a large chip and guac missing from an order and was not refunded. The work station is a mess, the bathrooms are disgusting and the glass on the entrance doors have so many prints all over them it’s makes it seem like they haven’t been cleaned ever. It’s way too expensive for fast food, especially to not receive items. I recommend going to a different location if you’re wanting Chipotle.

Portions get smaller every time I go here, and they’re especially skimpy when i order pickup. I order double meat, and you would guess I ordered half. Not to mention tonight the steak was overcooked, dry, cold and full of gristle.

They just can't get anything right at this location. We gave them multiple chances. Multiple times I've requested and paid for double protein and they just never get it right. Barely any protein. What a disaster this place is. We used to go to the one at Randall and Fargo before they closed it and it was fine.

Our entire order was made incorrectly and the bowls were half of what they are normally. This isn't the first time which makes this even more annoying. I'd call to complain but you can't even do that because they don't list a phone number. Do yourself a favor and spend your money on good Mexican food at another restaurant. Very disappointed!
