Tables were not cleaned off from night before. Floor mats still on tables. Definitely not ready to open.

Came in last night around 9 pm for a bowl and it was delicious. Food looked so fresh and restaurant was really clean. The gentleman who assisted was really fast and knew what he was doing great location.

I like to hit this location after my one exercise class so I don't have to think about dinner. The food order is right every time, with varying degrees of the amount of meat. My main issue is my ticket clearly shows asking for napkins/utensils and yet when I open my bag I am left with neither. I am not arriving at a busy time either so I just don't get it. A bowl is not finger food!!!

Quick and healthy

I come in after 8:30pm and before 9pm and I am left waiting because a woman (who seems to be in charge) is getting a head start on cleaning up for the night. I finally get asked by a gentleman if I need help, actually I was asked if I was waiting for an online order. I said no, I’m waiting to be helped. He scrapes the last of the white rice which is less than one serving typically is and I tell him I’m getting a veggie burrito so I’d like double white rice. The woman tells him there’s no more. How do you run out of your rice more than an hour before close? Poor customer service all around.

This is what my son's chicken burrito bowl looked like when we got it home. It had the smallest amount of everything and some steak pieces which he cant eat. And, honestly, it looks like they dropped it and just scrapped it back in. We wound up throwing it out. This is despicable, Chipotle. Do better.

Do not go to this location! The food was laughable and I was lied to by the staff. Ran out of a new item ordered and was told I was given guacamole in its place, paid for it and got nothing. Our bowls were a joke! Avoid at all cost.

Do NOT go to this location. Last 3 times have been awful with this 3rd time being the last time. Placed a pickup order on the app for pick up. Got home to find neither of us got guacamole (which you pay extra for) and the portions were actually laughable. Can’t get ahold of anyone by phone at this location and corporates customer service is also a joke.

Not in good shape management wise. Don’t have a phone number for the restaurant ordered a pick up order. The guy literally sat there and waited 20 minutes till exactly when the app said that I ordered it for and then brought it to the window. It was just a burrito it’s always like super busy in there and there’s like maybe three or four people in line. They seem to need some help with management
