Only 2 vaiters n the bar area made our service VERY SLOW. It tookn1/2 hr for our waiter to come back and take our order. Our orders were given to the wrong guests and toppings for the two appetizer items were switched...(the horseradish was switched with the onion dip). There was also a mess up with my salad but waiter corrected error. Food tasted good., as usual.
Always a great wine tasting with Beverly. She helps us chose the correct wines to taste. Our server Jennifer forgot to bring us our birthday chocolates. She seemed very busy because she did not interact with us as much as others. She also had to go back a few times to get the bill correct. Overall we love tastings and dinner at Coopers.
We dined at Coopers Hawk last night, and it was really busy. The supervisor Micheal came over, and let us know that our food was delayed. He made sure to take care of us, and keep us updated. Our server Aiden gave us more bread, to hold us over till our food came out. Micheal asked us what our favorite wine was, and here he comes with two bottles for us to take home.
